Seeing the positive reviews over here, went & ordered food through swiggy. Trust me people , this was my worst ever experience of having Chinese food in thrissur. I don't know who is the chef who prepares this low cheap quality food, I think I can help him giving some basics of cooking. Coming to the food, I ordered the best seller Chilly chicken semi gravy. I really dont think they understand the meaning of semi gravy. What I got is a liquidy kind of thing which was a mix of food color,red chilly powder and some tomato ketchup with few pieces of chicken which didn't have any sort of flavour, was getting a feeling of chewing some rubbery thing. The tandoor wheat paratha was burnt almost. A high end restaurant serving this quality food is not all acceptable . Stop serving this kind of pathetic food to customers....

It's very bad. The food as such is barely ok. Very expensive. But the restaurant has a HUGE SAFETY RISK. Inside the restaurant,there's a ledge/ step which is almost half a feet in height. The two portions are separated by floor which has different patterns of tiles. That's it. No other warnings no rails or anything. Very high risk for accidentally falling. The worst part is it's barely noticeable to someone visiting for the first time. When I got in, there was no staff at the counter and I was looking around and walking, never expected to have such a trap hidden in the floor. I took a misstep and almost had a fall.
