My family loves Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut pizzas are too good. I usually order take way from this outlet. Their crusts are soft when compared to Dominos (dry crust). Even though the pizzas are awesome, I gave a 3 rating because of the staff. They never greet the customers, not even a 'Hi'. On my last visit, I asked the counter staff about the new items on the menu, he did not have much knowledge of the new items. When I ask for the bill, they curtly say it will come to my mobile phone as SMS. But they never take my mobile number while placing my order. I have to ask them to give a print out of the bill. Air conditioners are usually off or set at the highest temperature setting to save on electricity bills. All this can make customers feel unwelcome. Had the pleasure of trying two different types of pizzas. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere was very good and aesthetic. The combination of tasty pizzas and a pleasant ambiance made it a delightful dining experience.
