Upon visiting Grand Mall, I found it necessary to assign a 2-star rating due to several factors that impacted the overall experience. Notably, the service provided by the establishment fell short of expectations, which undoubtedly influenced my assessment. In addition, the level of cleanliness observed throughout the premises did not meet the standards one would anticipate in a well-maintained environment.

The diversity of enjoyable activities within the mall appeared limited during my visit, contributing to a less engaging experience. The range of available attractions failed to capture a comprehensive spectrum of interests, potentially leaving visitors seeking more variety and entertainment options.

While the culinary offerings were satisfactory, they did not exceed a rating of 3 to 4 stars. While the food quality was acceptable, it did not present a remarkable culinary experience that one might associate with a mall of this nature.

During our visit to Kochi, we visited the Grand mall, located just opposite to the absolutely massive Lulu mall. While this mall isn't that grand in size, it is a great place to visit if you are looking for relatively low prices, and a more relaxed shopping experience, away from the massive crowds of some bigger malls.

The mall is well maintained and designed, fully air conditioned* and has modern amnentiites like washrooms, and even an accessibility toilets (washroom on the 3rd floor). While there isn't many shops in this relatively small mall, we particularly enjoyed shopping at Trends and Max, as they had some pretty good deals on clothing that way cheaper than high domestic prices (from my home country).

One interesting thing to note is that the escalator only leads to the first 2 floors, which are rather small, as the 1st floor consists only of a max store (for now, another shop is opening soon). However, there is a 3rd floor with a small food court (no real branded places.. KFC, no we got AFC) and a small supermarket (Grand Hyper), and a lastertag place and a spa. (Can't judge the quality of these since we didn't visit those places). There's also a go karting track on the 4th floor, which is a great opportunity if your looking to have a whale of a time in Kochi, potentially with your fellow friends.
