Diwan's Durbar is an awesome place for an occasional exploration. A treat for the eye and a great trip for your taste buds.
Ambiance: Their ambiance is one of the best I've ever seen. The beautiful vertical garden background, the interior work and the furniture all contribute to an amazing experience. Great place for a family trip or even a date. It's also the most opted place for team lunches from the nearby infopark.
Food: The food tastes great, especially the starters. The price is high, and the quantity of some items (Starters) should ideally increase to reflect the price. But every time I've visited, the food has tasted great. So I'm happy.
Starters - Chicken Lollipop, Mongolian Beef and Dragon Chicken
The starters here are probably what I've enjoyed the most. Bring in some friends, choose few of the starters and eat to your heart's delight. Wish I could have more of the Chicken Lollipops. The Mongolian Beef and Dragon Chicken were juicy and delicious!!
Main Course - Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Noodles and American Chopsuey
The main course definitely had sufficient quantity and tasted really satisfying. I remember having trouble finishing the chopsuey. Definitely a delicious experience. The fried rice was really good!
Desserts - Fried ice-cream, Chocolate and Vanilla milk-shakes
Once again, an amazing treat. The fried ice-cream was definitely different and a nice new try. Just make sure you eat it quickly before the fried bread-like coating gets soggy. The milkshakes were delicious too.
Pros The best ambiance you can find Amazing starters!! Food tastes great A huge variety of options
Cons A bit expensive

Read moreWe recently visited Diwan's Durbar for dinner, and it was an awesome experience overall. The place was initially empty when we arrived, but it quickly filled up as the evening progressed. One of the best things about the restaurant is its lighting and ambience—it really stands out, making it a perfect spot for parties. There's plenty of fresh air thanks to the abundance of green plants both inside and outside, which adds a natural touch to the atmosphere. The Birthday Corner, in particular, is beautifully set up and worth mentioning for those looking to celebrate special occasions.
As for the food, it was good but not extraordinary. I started with the soup, which was decent, though I’ve had better elsewhere. For the main course, I had the Hakka Mixed Noodles, which was satisfying but again, nothing groundbreaking for a foodie like me. However, the Lime Tea we had at the end was outstanding—one of the best I've ever had!
The pricing leans on the expensive side, but I felt it was worth it for the experience. The wait time, though, was a bit high, and service could be improved. For instance, we requested hot water and only received it after we were done with our meal, which was disappointing. The staff seemed somewhat inattentive at times.
On the plus side, the restaurant is kids-friendly and wheelchair-accessible, which is a big plus. They also offer a range of payment options, including credit cards, GPay, PhonePe, and cash, making it very convenient. Additionally, parking facilities are available, so you don't have to worry about that.
Overall, Diwan’s Durbar offers a pleasant dining experience with a great atmosphere. If they could work on improving service speed and attentiveness, it would definitely be a...
Read moreToday my dinner was here. Actually, I listen to this place every time when I pass through the collectorate gate but didn't get a chance to come here. The main reason was I am a person who likes to have Tamil veg food from outside.
Today also I decided to go to a Tamil veg hotel, but when I reach in front of diwans darbar my spouse was interested to go here. So I park in front of Diwans darbar.
The place looks neat and clean. There is a lawn ground in front of the main hall, looks good. The bathroom was clean and neat. I reach the main hall after washing my hands.
I selected the corner table for more privacy. Within no time after I sit, the bearer came and provide me with a menu, serve water, also he provides a tall sea at for my kid.
I ordered a starter , fulka, nan and an egg curry. They serve starter within 5 minutes and serve rest of food before I finish the starter.
Service was good. People were polite and gentle. The rate is reasonable. I think this is a good option for Chinese and...
