True value for your hard earned money is what this joint is all about. The place is ideally located at the heart of kakkanad in the main outskirts amidst the major foodie giants. What sets this place apart is the offerings which might sound mainstream but offers a certain quality and quantity for the money spent. An open ground is present adjacent to the site which fulfills the parking requirements. The place is well lit with a decent ambience and there is seating to accommodate a few as most of their focus lies upon take out customers and deliveries. However with good hospitality and wonderful staff on board, the dine in experience will certainly not disappoint. We had the classic hamburger and the grilled chicken and Mac and cheese. The hamburger was pretty good and can be at par with the burger giants of kochi and the mac and cheese was all well done. A small niggle came in the form of the grilled chicken, the flavors of which tasted more like a traditional fish fry rather than the usual chicken dishes that one would have elsewhere. Also, the bun used In the burger was not toasted and was a bit dry. The offerings were decent enough in terms of quality and fries offered as complimentary with the burger certainly did enhance the burger experience. Overall, I’d certainly recommend the place to all the people who’d want to spend the evening having quality burgers and pastas with their loved ones or their friends and to eat to their heart’s content without tearing a hole in their pockets. Bang for the buck and certainly coming...
Read moreWent here for dinner, had the Voyager legacy burger, penne ariabhatta, french fries and green apple mojito. I have 3 criticisms about what I experienced, but before that let me share my general experience with the place: A very cosy place with good music, comfortable seating and friendly staff! They took my criticisms with a positive attitude (that's very rare to find because they usually argue back saying they were right!). About the food: The burger, patty, it was cooked to perfection! Loved that! The pasta penne, came piping hot (you can find a video that I've posted showing the same!) And it tasted super awesome and fresh!! French fries and the mojito were great too! Loved it.
But now, to the 3 criticisms: The Voyager Legacy burger (according to the menu) should consist of a sunny side up egg, I got a well fried egg that didn't run! That was sad. Second, for some reason, the egg was on the bottom of the patty, usually the eggs are on top of the patty with fried onions or just like that and when you put the bun on top and press, the yolk oozes out, I wonder why it was at the bottom of the double Patty deck! Thirdly, the patties were well cooked but lacked seasoning, this was the down part of it.
Overall my experience with the place and consideration of the staff of how they treat you and listen to you, it was simply a great burger joint and a place I'll definitely visit again!! 😊
And I hope they work on my criticisms and improve...I'll definitely change my review...

If you’re considering dining at The Voyager, I’d strongly advise you to think twice. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster, and it left us thoroughly disappointed.
To begin with, the service was absolutely horrendous. We waited for nearly an hour to receive our order, which consisted of just two burgers. Their excuse? A “mixup of order numbers in their system.” This was never communicated to us initially; instead, they left us sitting cluelessly, wondering what was taking so long. For a restaurant to subject customers to such delays without even the courtesy of an explanation until pressed is utterly unacceptable.
When the burgers finally arrived, they were a complete letdown. The butter was excessively smeared, and the patty had a distinct sourness, as though it was fried in reused oil. It lacked the essential flavors that one expects from a decent burger, let alone a restaurant that claims to specialize in food. For the taste, a solid zero would be generous.
The only saving grace was the ambience, which is admittedly nice. But a good ambience doesn’t make up for appalling service and terrible food.
All in all, The Voyager is a prime example of style over substance. If you value your time, money, and taste buds, do yourself a favor and...
