I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Hotel Aryaas restaurant with my friend, and I must say it was nothing short of a culinary disaster. From the moment I entered, the ambiance seemed promising, but that illusion quickly shattered when I ordered their so-called "vegetables clear soup." It was nothing more than a murky, tasteless concoction which even lacked basic seasoning of salt to taste with a bizarre assortment of tiny vegetables slices that resembled a slurry we feed the cattle. The disappointment continued with their supposedly famous French onion soup, which turned out to be an epitome of blandness. The broth lacked depth, the onions were hardly caramelized, and the fundamental part of this soup such as cheese topping or a cheap substitute of cream was not to be found, i dont know how could they just fry onions and boil it in water and call it french onion soup which also lacked basic seasoning of salt to taste.
But it wasn't just the abysmal quality of the soups that left a bad taste in my mouth. The slow and apathetic customer service only added to the misery. It took an eternity for our orders to be taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. It's astonishing how a supposedly reputable establishment could fail so spectacularly in such basic aspects of the dining experience.
As if that wasn't enough, the temperature of the food seemed to be a recurring issue throughout the meal as we received cold and bendy onion pakoda insted of hot and chrispy ones. It was as if they had no concept of culinary timingserving dishes that were supposed to be hot, but ended up being disappointingly cold and they gave the food in wrong order of what we requested and we had to dink the abysmal soup at last. It's truly baffling how a restaurant can get something as fundamental as serving temperature & order consistently wrong.
In conclusion, my visit to Hotel Aryaas restaurant was a regrettable mistake and that too on this beautiful independence day. The abysmal quality of the vegetable soup, the lackluster French onion soup, the sluggish customer service, and the persistent problem of cold food all combined to create a dining experience that I would not wish upon anyone. It's safe to say that I will not be returning to this establishment, and I urge others to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a subpar and disappointing...
Read moreGreat place, awesome looking banner- well lit with great looks, way too easy to notice in that busy road, a parking lot with space for 5 to 6 cars and an attender to see you to hotel and back, once inside you have ample number of tables ( of 4 and 6), view of the street; always amusing, okay okay presentation - almost, a good menu, and almost great hygiene* ( I saw the way they clean the table, you can't complain). It has almost all the things you need in a great restaurant, but I reduced that one star for two things. It lacks the one thing which mattered for the price I pay, the taste. There is something lacking everywhere. Curd vada's curd could be a bit more on the sour(tart) side and a bit more spicy ( a bit more green chilli?). Sambar vada's sambar also could be a bit more spicy. Tea a bit more strong and sweet, Gobi 65 was properly cooked nicely costs, but lacked spicy bite, samosa chat - was good. The wash area I thought is near to kitchen there is a lavatory in the middle. And the smell from the lavatory in this rainy weather felt pretty disturbing, no matter how well maintained. An additional exhaust fan could help or put a screen to cover the kitchen entrance.
Packing of the takeaways were good. And the folks in there were ready to serve. They have a bakery where your can buy sweets and spicy items on your out. The place is so popular with the families around. It was getting so crowded by 6 that we decided to take off. Overall, in that area, on that road, this can be your number 1 choice if opting on veg menu and a family time.
Update on 20th October Curd Vada was spicy and sour, just about there - perfect. Vegetable Biriyani was nice. Rasavada was spicy and hot. South Indian...

I’M SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN VISITING ARYAAS ALMOST EVERY SINGLE DAY. It’s part of my routine, a familiar name since childhood — especially coming from the North, where this brand used to hold MEANING AND VALUE.
But EXCEPT FOR ONE OKAY-ISH EXPERIENCE, the STAFF'S ATTITUDE has CONSISTENTLY BEEN UNWELCOMING, CARELESS, AND DOWNRIGHT DISRESPECTFUL.
TODAY WAS THE FINAL STRAW. I had ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER, COFFEE WAS ON MY TABLE — FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY — when A RANDOM PERSON CAME AND SAT AT MY TABLE. We politely asked the waiter if it was shared seating, and his response? "NO, BUT HE’S SITTING THERE NOW SO YOU CAN GO UPSTAIRS AND TAKE YOUR COFFEE WITH YOU."
EXCUSE ME? If I’m the one doing the WAITSTAFF’S JOB, what is he even getting paid for? I asked him to SEND THE COFFEE UPSTAIRS and he goes, “NO, PLACE YOUR ORDER AGAIN UPSTAIRS.”
This is not just poor service, it’s a complete DISREGARD FOR BASIC DECENCY AND CUSTOMER VALUE. And the cherry on top? I’m SICK — and despite that, I came to Aryaas for some COMFORT AND RELIEF, but left feeling DISRESPECTED, OVERWHELMED, AND COMPLETELY UNHEARD.
From someone who has SUPPORTED ARYAAS DAILY, this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
If this is how your VALUABLE DAILY CUSTOMERS are treated, I truly fear for how you treat anyone else.
DO BETTER,...
