I visited the place to order veg extravaganza pizza on 19-10-24. I asked for Menu card and selected the above item. The price written in menu card was 469.00, but when the bill was prepared, I was told it is 588.00, I asked why the difference and the cashier informed that the price list published is outdated and company has not given new price list. So I asked him why can't they put up a small paper slip with actual prices. He was very rude and asked me to leave if I don't want to pay the bill as per his calculation. I asked for complaint lodging number, but he said no such number with him. I asked to see manager, and he called some lady from Kitchen! She also joined him and asked me to take the order or leave the shop. The explanation given was that customer is provided with price at the time of billing. They have so many display boards which shows the price of different Pizzas. But all of them are only to woo the customers, but actual price is high. Customers somehow pay the money as they reached the billing stage. This is a ploy done by the joint to fleece the customer. We can't say whether they charge the same for all persons. I asked them how do I know if you are charging correct price, and their answer was you take the order or leave the shop!

Read moreI don't know about others but I had many bad experience here.. sometimes they won't have items even before 8pm.. if you ask for delivery, it will be late, almost one hour..esp on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. today, I placed order at 9.46 pm via swiggy, on 28.06.2025. it was showing ' food is being prepared' even after half an hour. Contact number on Swiggy was out of service. Help desk on Swiggy told that order is ready. It will come. But the status was still preparation on app. So when I was finally able to reach the outlet around 10.25, they told that there is lot of rush, it will take time. When I said that it's almost 40 mins then the person replied that he will give free coupon. I tried to reason that its not money, it's about time. And if they can't deliver it in 30 mins, either tell the customer or don't take orders. He told me that I could cancel the order. So I asked him to do it.. and he did cancelled it after 40 mins of waiting... I hope the owner take a note of this. You can't have this attitude...
Read moreWorst Dine in experience ever...Placed an order through swiggy and the delivery was late about 45 minutes.even though i requested to cancel the order the refused and kept me waiting again making me unable to place another order. So I visited the restaurant to have food again and this time it was much more worse than that. The staffs were simply roaming inside and was using abusive words at each other loudly. And there was this guy wearing a dark blue t shirt and i presume that he's the manager of the store shouting at the staffs and using abusive words. The store was also not cleaned well.. leftovers were all lying on the tables and chairs. This incident took place on 10.04 224...
