Fruitbae — Restaurant in Kerala

I had visited Fruitbae shop at Kuravankonam area for the first time during August 13, 2022 along with my friend around 1 pm. Inside the shop, it seems that all seats are filled, except three seats around a table in which only one person was sitting around that table. We then enter the shop and sit in those vacant chairs for ordering our item. Suddenly a restaurant lady came to our side and asked us to get up from the chair and she tells that you are not supposed to sit here coz a guy is already sitting around that table and you can wait outside till that guy completes his order.This is our restaurant rule. Those three seats will remain vacant. Since we are not aware of such rules in this restaurant, we feel really insulted with this approach from the restaurant staff's by asking us to get up from the chair and wait outside the cafe. We didn't notice any signboards showing their rules like this at the time of entering the cafe also no restaurant staff's intimate those rules before we took a seat. It will be appreciated if they inform their restaurant rules to the customers at the time of entering their cafe. No such thing happens there. I have visited so many cafe, hotels, restaurants but I didn't face such an insult approach from any of the shops. Since we have our self respect, after this incident , we left this fruit bae cafe and approached another cafe where they treat their customers...

I had a very poor experience at this place. Right from the moment we entered, there was no staff available to take our order. We had to wait over 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention. The table we were seated at was covered with houseflies, which was extremely unhygienic and off-putting.

The staff member who eventually came to take our order was unwelcoming and lacked basic courtesy. There was no smile, no warmth—just a cold, unpleasant demeanor that made the entire experience uncomfortable.

We ordered a Sharjah, Coffee Hazelnut Shake, and some juices. When the drinks were served, the server didn’t even bother to mention which drink was which. Everything was placed on the table in a rude and careless manner, which is simply unacceptable, especially when you’re paying around ₹180 for each drink.

For a place that positions itself as offering a more premium experience than regular juice shops, the service here was absolutely pathetic. In fact, local juice vendors offer much better customer service than what I experienced here. Definitely not returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting...

Worst customer service experience.. today I went there for the first time with ma friends. Since we were on a strict diet plan order the fruit meal with honey for the three of us. Unfortunately for 140rs all we got was just a plate of some cut fruits including apple, pineapple, shamam , watermelon and a little pomegranate granules with a dash of honey. When asked them about premium fruits (kiwi strawberry & others) which were there in the menu images..the person who attended us said pomegranate is the premium fruit.. showing up the image he suddenly he went inside and after sometime came with a bowl of kiwi and strawberry pieces that too when we almost finished. Really frustrated by the service. Being located in a premium location with all show off I didn't feel the premium quality in the service at all.
