Total Disappointment. Wouldn't Recommend
First, I had to wait quite a while just to get a table. Once seated, I asked the waiter if chicken biryani was available. He told me, "Yes sir, only chicken biryani is available right now. No beef or mutton." So I placed an order for one chicken biryani.
After a few more minutes, a second waiter came and asked if I had ordered. I told him yes, I had ordered a chicken biryani and also requested a quarter piece of alfaham. He acknowledged it and left.
Later, he came back and asked, "Sir, you ordered chicken biryani — do you remember which waiter you told that to?" I replied that I had informed someone earlier but couldn’t spot him anymore. He said, "Okay sir, no problem."
Then a third guy came and told me that chicken biryani wasn’t available, only beef biryani was. I was confused because the first waiter had said only chicken biryani was available. But I agreed anyway and changed my order to beef biryani.
When the food finally arrived, the alfaham was just okay. I had ordered a normal quarter alfaham, but they served something sweet, possibly honey chilli, which I hadn’t asked for. That was unexpected and not in a good way.
As for the biryani, honestly, it was terrible. It was just plain rice without any flavor, and they had tossed in some beef fry pieces and called it beef biryani. It tasted bland and felt like a complete rip-off.
The only thing remotely decent was the lime juice.
Overall: Poor service and miscommunication among staff Misleading information about food availability Completely flavorless biryani Wrong alfaham served Waste of time and money
Would never recommend this place....
