When we enter the kfc and try to order in self ordering machine the staffs will hover and take on the ordering and they will enter the mobile number according to their wish( don't know the reason for that) and place order and ask us to pay the amount at counter. After paying the order at 9.43 pm the time on bill was printed 9.48 pm when i asked the manager he explained that 9.48 pm is the delivery time and it is not billing time. The order was delayed for more than 20 minutes and asked about 7 min kfc policy they are arguing that initially it was intimated there will be delay, but they never did while ordering. Read morePlaced an order for a single piece chicken, fries and a drink. It took forever to prepare it though the chicken pieces are displayed in the temperature controlled glass shelf. Zomato and Swiggy guys are picking up from the same counter. Staff looks like they have no motivation to do the job they do. Dining Tables are not cleaned . No food particles on the table, but the marks from drinks and ketchup remained there. It’s obvious that the tables are not wiped. Finally after 14 minutes I’ve been called to the counter to deliver the food I’ve ordered but I rejected the meal and walked away, even though I paid for it. Read moreTo start with, they have self help touch screens for placing orders, but the staff will hover around you which is irritating, they insist that you put in their phone number at the end for some reason, and at the end you can only make payment at the counter!! I mean then why do you have this system in place?? Items on the menu are out of stock. The staff will tell you what to pick depending on their convenience and stock availability.
