Daan Orchid Residency — Hotel in Kerala

Midnight when we 6 colleagues arrived …while we did our online booking …orchid residency Kerala Kottayam office personnel staff refused to accommodate us … after long arguement we had to call police and then by 1:40 am they gave us the room reason they did not want to give us the tariff of offline ( actually when it is displayed ) when went to the room no AC remote was provided intentionally … they kept the AC on and said no remotes and it is missing … pillow case covers are not changed since ages and smell in the room somehow we could manage … and we took the exit at 9:30 am … next morning When we asked bill he said we cannot provide bill when booked online my colleague said we will pay online then they provided manual bill copy … also in the night they purposefully not provided drinking water too …2 am our colleague had to go and but water and came … thankful to Kerala police whose immediate intervention made us to stay...

One of the worst and cheap biryanis you're ever gonna get for Rs. 150 from such a seemingly nice restaurant. This is one of the horrible biryanis that you are ever gonna eat if you dare try this. Cheap class rice, that's huge (long and thick) and cooked poorly, two small pieces of chicken, that you might need to be lucky to get a good bite at all. I was so disappointed that, I decided to try the food from there. Biryanis are are way too poor in Kottayam town these days as the restaurants are making something that looks like biryani these days and charging wherever they feel like Such a sad situation for the customers as we don't have many choices. If you are reading it, Orchid Rwsidency, please improve biryani because you look luke...
