KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

Went to KFC to have my lunch, opted dine in. Ordered 2 tandoori zinger, strip bucket, popcorn bucket, 4 pc chicken, Pepsi and fries.

Zinger burger: The best! I don't think any burger can top that. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the sauce was top notch, the bun was very soft. 5/5

Popcorn: The flavour was great. Served hot. Was crispy. 5/5

Strips: The outer part or the crust seemed to be a little different from that of the popcorn and hot & spicy chicken pieces. It wasn't light as usual. There was not much flavour. 3/5

Hot & Spicy chicken: Not upto the mark. The pieces we received were quite small. 3/5

Fries: they were crispy. 4/5( because they weren't hot when served)

Service and staff: The staff were helpful. As we chose to dine in we went upstairs. You'll be asked to go downstairs to get your order.

Washroom and toilet: To my surprise, they had fixed the taps. Gents toilet is super stinky but the ladies' toilet seems fine and neat.

Disappointing Experience at KFC Lulu Mall Kozhikode Branch Rating: 2/5

I've visited the KFC branch at Lulu Mall multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order through their self-service system, I face issues with item availability. Despite placing my order correctly, I never seem to get the full items I ordered. Instead, the staff insists that I take whatever they have available, often substituting items without my consent. This includes buckets or combos with extra items that I didn't ask for. It's frustrating to feel like my order isn't being respected. I hope KFC takes steps to improve their inventory management and customer service. Until then, I'll be hesitant to recommend this branch to others.

Grt place I have visited it for more than 20 times to have food here but always it doesn't allow us to dine here ( due to corona pandemic) but luckily now it's open and dine in is allowed here.. taste of kfc is little bit different and fries are not upto the mark.. when I was visited here it was not too busy place and it's good when compared with other fried chicken served near by like RFC and chikenys ... It's good place for families and only problem I noticed that you have to climb stairs for dine in and if wish to order again you have to climb down to order again.. taste of the fried chicken have been improved ( I have ordered last on...
