Our order was chocolate croissant, almond croissant, plain croissant, cinnamon roll, chocolate donut, jalapeno cream cheese bun, korean cream cheese bun, multi grain bread, sourdough bread, double espresso.
Quite reasonable priced at INR 1,584/- and worth it.
The plain croissant and almond croissant is really good, flaky, airy and light as it should be. But the filling in chocolate croissant is really really excessive, I think you can reduce the filling by at least 50% and also reduce the amount of chocolate on top.
The cinnamon roll is a 5/5. Very good texture, sweetness is to the point, perfect qty of raisins, nicely leavened dough.
The chocolate doughnut was for my son, the inside is pumped up with chocolate ganache, same like the chocolate croissant, a tad too much.
The jalapeno bun seems to be deep fried with a filling of spiced cream cheese, very yummy. The korean cream cheese bun is similar to garlic bread, neatly done, a good snack.
Multi grain bread is very good. Sourdough bread is excellent. Nice crumb texture and makes a great bread for sandwich, toasted with butter. Mozarella rosemary and garlic bread is also very good.
Double espresso is neatly done.
The chocolate croissant is not a traditional product, the same should be replaced with pain-au-chocolat. The doughnut filling needs to (must) be reduced, for it is over powering.
There needs to be one staff whose job will be billing alone, we had to wait since the billing staff was preparing coffee.
Overall a great experience !! Seems...

But very sad to say, twice we suffered gastroenteritis and had to take antibiotics. The last episode was day before yesterday, when I purchased a couple of pastries and chocolates. There was red velvet, a chocolate sandwich sort of pastry ,a coconut mousse/pastry and a few other chocolates. We ( my wife and children) consumed the coconut pastry by dividing it into small pieces. Immediately within three hours we all had severe gastroenteritis symptoms with severe diarrhoea, multiple episodes of vomiting, fever and abdominal cramps. Luckily it settled with antibiotics. Previously too we had a similar episode in the same way a couple of months back, which we thought was accidental. Of course we have no complaints, because the threshold of infection for different individuals might be different. May be many customers might have purchased the same product same day and have enjoyed the same mousse/pastry without any issues . But since you sell such different variety of products, I thought, it’s better to alert you and keep a vigil while preparing such cold wide range...
