Ocean Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Very disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant people. Don't even know how to behave with the customers who came for the food. Seriously not even interested that one star. I would have opted zero star if such an option was there. After we placed our order, those people took least care in processing it. So we thought of cancelling the order. More over, the joke is that even without cancelling the order, restaurant people itself cancelled our order and served the bill. Overall it was such a worst experience of being there for fooding..Suggesting each and everyone not even take a sight towards Ocean grill if you guys happened to visit...

Not worth the money spent. Below average food quality and sky rocket price. Price and food doesn't match at all. They charge extra from the MRP of the product. Eg. Mrp of 600 ml coke is Rs. 40, they charge Rs. 60, taking 50% extra. You will find much better and tastier food at cheaper price nearby. Avoid this place.

In our chicken noodle there was 6 pieces of thin chicken, the size of child's small finger. Even other food items were not good and of inferior quality.

Lastly, had to wait for tea for more than an hour and when the tea was finally served it was lukewarm, not hot.

Rooms in the hotel Sun View Beach Resort are good but not the restaurant. Bad service. Dirty. They dont clean up from the day before. Tables are not cleaned and rubbish all over the restaurant. Dirty. They are more expensive than all others and extremely slow. Took almost 2 h to get the food in an empty restaurant. A coffee in the morning takes at least half an hour. Food came at different times spread out in 45 min when first and last dish arrived. Some of our group went to sleep before the last person got their dish. Food taste was good though.
