My recent visit to this restaurant was truly one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I feel compelled to provide a detailed review to share the extent of my disappointment.

Poor Service and Hospitality: From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was evident that the staff's attitude towards us was far from welcoming. We waited to be seated for an uncomfortably long time, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Once seated, we had to flag down a server just to get menus.

Throughout our meal, the staff displayed a lack of attentiveness. Empty water glasses went unnoticed, and we had to ask multiple times for basic condiments. Their indifference to our needs left us feeling neglected and frustrated.

We had dined in at this place on our trip to varakala and it’s the only pathetic experience of our entire three day trip. First the waiters think they can fool you around. Their service is not only slow but way worse and extremely rude. We had ordered biriyani, pasta and a burger which took one hour to reach our table and the worst part here is the table next to us had the same long wait and they started questioning the waiter and in order to shut them down the waiter tried to serve our food to them which they denied and in order to make it look like its brought to us the waiter intentionally left the food in a table away from us and kept open around 5mins and he had the audacity to bring the same pasta to us and when we questioned about this to the waiter he had the audacity to show faces at us and also made a scene by bringing the manager who showed a shallow attitude and said “what do u want ? Should we reheat and bring the food?” As if he pretended not to understand the context and with this coming to the taste of the food it deserves only 1 star all the meat served was stale and brought to table only microwaved nothing freshly prepared.
