Sijis Pizza Street — Restaurant in Kerala

Being not that great fan of Italian cuisine, and a gulf return (who had tried all varieties of premium pizzas in UAE), I must admit that the Sijis pizza Street in Trivandrum outsmarts every single other Pizza shop in town. It was a friend of mine who suggested the place when he and his family, who are pizza lovers, came for a visit at my place.

Browsing through the menu, as always, confusion triggered between the inmates. “WHICH ONE TO ORDER???” That was the moment my friend intervened and mentioned a unique service which only Sijis offer. “ONE Pizza can be bisected into TWO”. It’s a great thing to get 2 flavors in a single pizza. We ordered two enormous 18” pizzas (Barbeque Chicken, KL01, BEASTY & Peri Peri Paneer). To be honest, I need to admit all 4 was fresh, finger-licking, and delicious. The thin crunchy crust & fluffy and chewy dough made the pizza more amazing. The toppings were stuffed and crowed. For all Pizza lovers in Trivandrum, I assure SIJIs Pizza Street wont disappoint you.

I cant resist myself from appreciating Mr Vithun (General Manager) whom I spoke over phone while ordering this from their Thycaud branch. His interactions was very friendly, faithful and polite. All the best Vidhun and your entire team for your efforts and hardwork. I wish you guys will soon start to serve your 22” GIGANTIC pizza in 4 flavors. Yesterday evening I ordered two 22 inch pizza around 9:05pm for a party. I told them I will come at 9:30 to pick up for which they assured that it will be ready. Then by 9:30 before going to I collect , I called them, that time they are saying they need additional 30 minutes time as they didn’t start preparing. After i took it home I figured out that the pizza was not cooked properly. I called them to inform but they told their GM will contact me next day morning. No one responded till now.

Very bad customer service and worst quality of food. Totally ruined my party!!! Had to order food from other restaurant.

Will never get fooled with their quality and service, very pathetic customer service

Also they advertise as they provide home delivery within 5 kms. At least 10 times I called for home delivery for the past few months. Every time they will say delivery boy not available. They will compel to order via Swiggy or Zomato.

They shouldn't advertise and ask the customers to do otherwise , that's not concerning me anymore as I am not going...

I am a Dominos pizza lover.Sorry, I was a Dominos Pizza lover until tasting Sijis Pizza.May be the price when compared to dominos,sijis pizza seems to be too costly.But on the moment you tastes Sijis Pizza,you will definitely understand its worth it.Seriously....It just tastes awesome.To make it budget friendly,I ordered veg Sijis Spl Pizza.The thin crust and fully loaded toppings just melted into mouth.The moment I regreted for not buying non veg.Bcoz if veg tastes this much,then as a non veg lover,non veg pizza would be heavenly.Next time I will be definitely trying out a non veg pizza. I ordered a 9" pizza and it was apt for 2 people. Nice ambience.They do have a car parking space in front of the shop, which is also a good thing. Along with pizza,I ordered a green apple flavoured mojitto.Taste was OK.But I was little disappointed,bcoz it costs 110rs and it is given in a normal glass,half of it was covered with ice.That means only the rest half had the mojitto.For this price,more quantity should be given. Hope they will consider...
