On 18 12 2023 , I ordered beef kuzhi Mandi / charcoal chicken and mainly salad degrade encountered severe discomfort, including vomiting, due to degraded food quality. What alarmed me more was the manager's response; it was dismissive and unprofessional when we raised our concerns.

Additionally, I observed a significant hygiene gap – the absence of a waste bin adjacent to the cooking area. This raised questions about the establishment's commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer well-being and food safety protocols. This incident raises serious doubts about the establishment's commitment to maintaining quality standards.
