During my recent trip to Thrissur, I had the pleasure of dining at Kumar Restaurant, and I must say it was a remarkable culinary experience. Nestled in a convenient location, Kumar Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and a wide range of delectable dishes that showcase the flavors of Thrissur.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the attentive staff. The ambiance was inviting, with a tastefully decorated interior that exuded a cozy and relaxed vibe. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy a meal.

The menu at Kumar Restaurant is diverse and extensive, catering to various tastes and preferences. Whether you are a fan of traditional South Indian cuisine or looking to explore new flavors, the restaurant offers a plethora of options. I was impressed by their wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, each prepared with meticulous attention to detail.

The quality of the food at Kumar Restaurant was outstanding. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. I particularly enjoyed their seafood dishes, which were prepared with expertise and packed with delightful flavors. The restaurant's commitment to using locally sourced ingredients added an extra touch of authenticity to the dining experience.

The service at Kumar Restaurant was commendable. The waitstaff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. They ensured that all my needs were met and provided prompt and efficient service throughout my visit.

The pricing at Kumar Restaurant was reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing. The restaurant's commitment to maintaining hygiene and adhering to safety protocols was evident, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the dining experience.

However, it is worth noting that the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours, and there might be a wait for a table. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance, especially if you plan to visit during weekends or holidays.

In conclusion, Kumar Restaurant in Thrissur is a culinary gem that should not be missed. With its warm ambiance, attentive service, and mouthwatering dishes, it provides a delightful dining experience for locals and visitors alike. If you're in Thrissur and looking to savor the flavors of the region, Kumar Restaurant is a fantastic choice that...

Nestled discreetly near Townhall at Chembukavu, Thrissur, Kumar Hotel stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, despite its modest size. My recent lunchtime visit unveiled a hidden gem where flavor meets the frenzy of a bustling midday rush.

As I stepped into Kumar Hotel, the cozy space was abuzz with activity, a testament to its popularity among locals and visitors alike. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff managed the crowd with remarkable efficiency, ensuring prompt service without compromising on quality.

The menu, though concise, offered a tantalizing array of dishes that promised a symphony of flavors. From the aromatic Erachi Choru to the savory beef roast and fragrant biriyani, each dish was a culinary masterpiece that left a lasting impression.

What truly impressed me was the seamless orchestration of service amid the chaos of the lunchtime rush. Despite the small size of the restaurant and the overwhelming demand, the staff remained composed and attentive, catering to each diner with unwavering dedication.

While Kumar Hotel may be small in size, it more than compensates with its big flavors and bustling ambiance. Whether you're a local seeking a quick and satisfying lunch or a visitor eager to sample authentic Kerala cuisine, Kumar Hotel is a must-visit destination that promises an unforgettable...

Kumar Hotel is a popular spot in Thrissur known for its clean and delicious food at budget-friendly prices.

Food: The menu focuses on Kerala classics like beef curry with rice, Kerala meals, and payasam (sweet pudding). Everything is cooked fresh and bursting with flavor.

Service:The staff is known for their warmth and helpfulness, ensuring your food arrives quickly and accurately.

Bonus: If you're lucky, you might even catch "Mohanlal chettan" there and hear him deliver some of his iconic dialogues. Kumar Hotel is a great option for those seeking a delicious and affordable meal in Thrissur. The friendly atmosphere and tasty food make it a local favorite.

Things to Consider: Lunchtime can get crowded, so be prepared for a wait. First token, then dine in. The menu is limited to Kerala cuisine. Parking space...

Went for breakfast. Ordered puttu and kadala curry. Puttu was the chiratta puttu type, kind of a small portion, but flowery soft, with generous amounts of grated coconut. And kadala was white Channa. Really good and tasty on the whole. Coffee was also good. Total came to Rs.40 only. The hotel, though, is a small place in a small side road, and difficult to spot. 11.11.21- Had lunch of Kerala meals with Kozhuva fry. The side dishes are OK, the sambar is good, and the fish fry had enough quantity. For a total of Rs.90/-, a very satisfying meal. 07.12.21- Had "Erachi choru". It is rice mixed with masala and small beef bits, which can be discovered with a little effort. Served with achar, pappadam, and raita. Just about OK for a bite. A half portion costs Rs.60/- only.

It had been a while since I took my bike out for a ride. Around 11:45 AM, I started craving some good lunch, and the beef erachi choru from this place popped into my mind. It’s about a 45-minute ride from home, so I decided to go for it. Reached Kumar Hotel around 1 PM. You gotta get a coupon and pay first. Since I can’t eat much, I just went for the half beef erachi choru. It was pretty good—came with pickles, salad, and chamandi. Enough beef pieces for ₹65, so no complaints. While washing up, my hands felt a bit greasy—not sure if it was beef fat or if they used dala. Overall, solid meal. Just be ready to wait 10–15 minutes since it gets packed during lunch. Sorry for the mirror click.. I hav adjusted my cam settings 😊
