The Fisherman's Bay — Restaurant in Kerala

I had a good experience. The staff were courteous and professional. I have requested a baby seat when I reserved a table. They have fulfilled all my requests and the restaurant manager (I presume) came personally to make sure that everything is provided for. We have taken a buffet dinner and the service staff and kitchen staff were very meticulous in assessing the needs and providing them. More than 95% of the food items that I have tasted were excellent, but there were a few misses there. But taste is always a subjective matter and take it with a grain of salt.

Awful place. They don’t allow kids inside the marcopolo beer club. Finally, we visited their infamous Black Gold cafe. They give a fancy menu for mocktails. When we order our required items, they alter our order 3 times as they don’t have what we want. Finally, when we end up requesting whatever is AVAILABLE with them, in that too, the waiter writes down the entire ingredients from the menu on a note slip and gives it to the chef who in turn brings the mock tail. What a pity state. No wonder this state of so called Gods own country will never be a Tourist friendly...

Today me and my family visited to this so called restaurant 'black gold kichen'. But my experience was just 'Black Dark'. I was totally dissatisfied. They even don't know how to deal and behave with the customers, such an immeature and arragont behavior. Please don't discriminate your customers, why because everyone is giving money and the value is same. so just behave yourself.

How much time you took to serve the food. And the quality of food is too cheap, i got a hair from the curry.

I just regert myself, for thaking the decision to go the restaurant....
