Modern place, not too big or too small (around 12 tables or so). The venue has no windows so its pretty dark inside. Also the music played there is very loud. Which is pretty annoying sometimes.. if asked they put it less loud. So in general a cosy place to sit..
Service is good: very friendly staff. Always very friendly and very helpful. Also pretty fast. Good prices. But the menu is kinda 'sec' (just badly copied), which doesn't really fits the interiour there. I went for a veg biriyani with chapatis, and found the parathas too 'uncooked' (still too white) and the biriyani didnt really had a lot of taste. My friend took the mixef veg curry with fulkas and she thaught it was really good.
They have an espressomachine so good coffee is available, we had the bad luck of going at a time in which the electricity fell off so the machine didnt worked..

They made it lovely for families, couples, friends everyone.Quiet,Eye catchy decor, nice odour. BEST IN TOWN FOR AMBIENCE. ⭐ 🔥 HAS VARIETY OF DISHES. They have kerala, north indian, chinese, italian cuisine food as well. ⭐ 🔥 When it comes to food, yes its VERY TASTY. pasta i had was great. Where i thought a little DISAPPOINTED is that of PRICING. The food is costlier than other hotels, but for a reason (ambience). But for me its bearable so, its my fav restaurant in kollam. Its not IDEAL for a normal family to have food from here as you can get same for cheaper rates. BUT There are some dishes which are only available here. ITALIAN FOOD is not available everywhere in kollam. SO generally if you are at kollam give foodys a shot....

The reason I gave 2 stars is just bcoz of the cleanliness maintained by them. Rest everything is gone down. The lighting is so dull that it makes u feel like u've entered in a cave. The waiter handed me the menu and wen I wanted to order my food I realised that I was disturbing the waiter who was casually chatting while SITTING ON A GUEST TABLE. Since I'm from the hotel industry my wife asked me whether is it natural for waiters to sit on guest table in front of other guests, to which I replied that this is my first experience. To make matters worse, the waiter smartly gives me back my money SHORT of the actual amount. Wen I confronted him he gave an attitude n returned with double the amount as if showing that he is tipping me. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. The waiter seems to be from east part of India.
