it is located in kollam not in Thamarakulam as mentioned in address. its in Thamarakulam Road . Opp. Alleppy Parcel Service, Thamarakulam Rd, Kollam, Kerala 691001, India. Initialy had a confusion with the location but after calling reception they helped to figured out the location. Rooms are average quality. Compare to the quality of the room and amenities in the hotel, prices are on higher end. I felt its not worth for that price. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Had Mosquito's in room but on request they provided with Good night liquidator. They were out but they managed to get a new one from store immediately. They are using Solar heater for hot water so may face problem of running out...

I booked a deluxe ac room via online platform and the check in time listed was 11 am and I had to wait for an hour at the hotel because the actual check in time was 12. I was not happy as the ac wasn’t working properly and the washroom was not properly cleaned. I had to raise concerns to fix the ac and clean the washroom. The staffs were polite and cleaned the ac filter, unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. The fan blades are full of dust, is another annoying thing. All these must have taken care before they gave the room and for the price they had charged. Please take care of these things before accepting booking as the customers have expectations for the amount...

This is owned by the owners of Azeezia Medical College. They have Wifi and room service. They have a restaurant on the ground floor. Rooms are okay with AC, nice bed, but size is not big enough. Rooms do not have enough space for us to move around. Breakfast might be difficult to get if the occupancy is less. In that case the room boy will buy you breakfast from outside and give it to you. It is a family getaway place because there is no disturbance. There is no bar or any other kinds of disturbance which is good for family.
