Visited The Burger Junction again for the second time after a gap of 5 years, and while some things impressed, others left me disappointed.

🧾 Menu Experience The menu is unnecessarily complicated and not very intuitive. It took effort to navigate, and clarity was lacking—especially around customization options.

👨‍🍳 Staff Interaction Requested normal cheese for a customized burger, but the staff insisted on blue cheese instead. I agreed, assuming regular cheese was unavailable. Unfortunately, the blue cheese didn’t suit my sons taste, and the upsell felt pushy rather than helpful.

🍔 Food Ratings Onion Rings – Decent crunch, but nothing special. ★★★☆☆ Unseasoned Fries – Bland and disappointing. ★☆☆☆☆ Mushroom Burger – Sparse mushrooms, missing depth of flavor. ★★★½☆ Make Your Own Burger – Tidy and tasty with minimal sauces, but again, the blue cheese upsell was a letdown. ★★★★☆ The Beast 2x2 – Big, messy, and satisfying. ★★★★☆ The Italian Burger – Flavorful and well-balanced. ★★★★☆ Blue Lagoon – Refreshing and spot-on. ★★★★★ Half n Half – Great combo, well executed. ★★★★★ Smart Water – Clearly a high-margin add-on with no real value.

📝 Final Thoughts The Burger Junction still delivers on some fronts, especially with its beverages and signature burgers. But the confusing menu and upselling tactics need serious rethinking. A little more transparency and customer-first attitude would go a long way.

The worst part is they charged delivery bag Rs 5 . Shameful (Banned Plastic bag)

Long post alert!! I was brought up in Salalah. There was this place called Al Watheeka where they served delicious burgers. They were savoury with the right amount of cheese, sauces and veggies. And the taste, no words to describe it.

After returning I found out the burgers in Kerala were initially made from leftover cutlets, the buns were too sweet, there was a lot of masala, and an overdose of chilli.

Things changed with the foray of the big brands like KFC and Mac. Cafes and bistros started using sesame buns, meat patties and good amount of mayonnaise. They tasted a lot better than the 'masala burgers'.

But still, I felt there was no creativity involved. It was a mere assembly of different ingredients. Perhaps I was over-expecting, thanks to the hours of TLC.

One day a good friend of mine suggested The Burger Junction for a meetup. The place was simply awesome with a good choice of gourmet burgers, just like those in the lifestyle channels.

I loved the fact that they had powersockets beside every table. Perfect for any work from home or freelancers, when you get tired of sitting at home. I don't know how many of you have noticed the light clock on the floor.

And then the huge burgers, I simply loved the flavour of the caramelized onions, the crunchy-outside-juicy-inside patties, the fresh veggies. To be honest, writing this part makes me feel like, I should this place today itself. Even though a bit pricey, it is...

Went here expecting the same experience we got at TBJ Panampally Nagar. Apart from the place being smaller in terms of area and seating capacity (this one is smaller), everything else was ditto!! Talk about the food, we ordered half n half drink, seasoned fries, the samurai chicken burger, Oklahoma style burger and buffalo wings. " Half n half " is a variety drink, to be honest, it's just ice tea and lime juice but the way it served, as two different layers, its super fancy!! And really good and quenches your thirst! Seasoned fries were good too!! Buffalo wings was crunchy and super! Loved it. The star of the day, the burgers, LOVED both the Samurai burger (red colours burger, chicken patty) and the Oklahoma style burger (beef)! Both had perfectly cooked patties inside and tasted absolutely spot on! For all you burger lovers, BURGER JUNCTION is one of those places to be to have the finest burgers in town!! They have a small cabin-like place inside, behind the billing counter, to sit, sadly it was occupied when we went there but it did look cosy!!

Special mention of Mr Sunish, I believe he's the manager of the place, don't know for sure. He tended to us super well and he explained pretty much everything in detail and also adhered to all our requests with a smile and positive attitude!

My only con with this place is that it's a bit smaller and feels cramped! That's all! Otherwise, love...
