I recently dined at Vaiga's Oottupura Vegetarian Restaurant in Kuravankonam, Thiruvananthapuram, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service at this establishment is abysmal - slow, inefficient, and downright frustrating.
The food quality was definitely not up to the mark.
To make matters worse, the staff at Vaiga's Oottupura were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in providing good service, and their attitude towards customers was unacceptable. Communication with the staff was difficult, and they were not helpful or accommodating at all.
Additionally, the wait time for the food was exorbitant. Customers should not have to wait excessively to be served a meal, especially when the quality is lacking. It was clear that there were significant issues with the restaurant's operations and management.

It made eating so difficult—what’s the point of the plate if they don’t even know how to handle a leaf properly?
Service was equally bad. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait unnecessarily because the staff was completely disorganized. There were three people at the counter, but none of them seemed dedicated to ensuring proper service. If they can't handle a single guest efficiently, I can’t imagine what happens when a group arrives!
To make things worse, they forgot to serve Payasam at the end. Sadhya without Payasam? That’s unacceptable! This just proves they don’t even know how to serve a traditional meal properly.

I think they prepared dosa and sambar in the morning and served the same in the evening. We are also preparing ghee roast in home .I know the ghee roast prepared in d morning become hard after 1 or 2 hr. Then why they r doing so. Normally in all hotels it take time to prepare the same. But within minutes they delivered the same at that time a person who had his food at the restaurent started complaining about the behaviour of the staff.Waste of money. They know that one who take the parcel will never make complaint once they had their food. But I search the phone number of the restaurent but didn't get .
