WOW! momo — Restaurant in Kerala

I have tried their barish combo for 199+ gst if you need flavour you need to pay extra i have tried steamed one something around 219...or somthing i think so...

Their momos is so worth it their sauce is so spicy and its a best one for momos i like it a lot 2 sets of momo each set contains 4 pieces + 2 fried momo burger(if you dont want it then you can take 2 sets of momo instead of it)+2 pepsi (20rs each) While comes to their momo burger its super but the green chutney inside it..its not good the taste of it is not so good may be i wont like that you guys would likeit Any way its aa nice and good buget friendly spot and you van taste the authentic momos for low rate i liked it a lot their presentation is also good they forget to give me the momos signature sauce i go to their and asked them...so if you dont get it go and ask it its free with it ...due to heavy rush they may forget to...

Extremely disappointing experience at Wow Momo. I had placed an order for a simple steamed momo via the app and reached the outlet 10 minutes later to collect it. Shockingly, despite the item being ready, the staff insisted I come back after another 10 minutes. It was clear they were just dragging it without reason. The person at the counter was particularly rude and dismissive, speaking in a very unpleasant tone and showing zero regard for customer service. When asked again, he simply said, “Come after 10 more minutes” with an attitude that was completely uncalled for.

Really unexpected from a brand like Wow Momo. This level of service and staff behavior is unacceptable. Definitely reconsidering visiting or ordering again from...

Worst experience I have had at any Wow Momo outlet so far. If you're a fast food outlet, then you should be able to standarize the quality of your offering. Ordered a plate of darjeeling momos (INR 300 for a plate of 5 momos). The momos took about 30 minutes and when I received the momos, all the pieces were tearing up and not intact. The staff had a ready excuse - this apparently happens when the steamer has just been filled with water. If you already know that this is going to happen, why is this problem not...
