11. DINE IN REVIEW :-

We made the booking through phone for lunch buffet on the occasion of our marriage anniversary.

pros:-

1. the kebabs were mouth watering and included mutton kebab, chicken tengri kebab, prawn kebab and fish kebab in non veg, all were too good and we're served in grills on oven. We also tasted the mushroom kebab.
2. there was a live chaat counter however we only has a taste of dahi fuchka.
3. The main coarse consisted on many item starting from 4 types of salad, raita, veg pulao,plain rice panir, etc in veg and in non veg we took mutton biriyani, chicken kopta which was excellent. However we didn't like the chicken chap and fish dish as it was heavy and did not suit our taste buds considering the previous items we ate in starters.
4. Our stomach did not have space to try the naan, kulcha or parata.
5. The pineapple chutni was good and so was the papad.
6. There were varieties of desert also including mousse, cheese cake, pastry and 4 types of ice cream which we liked the most( vanilla, chocolate, tutty fruty, mango) & also hot gulab jamun.

Cons-

1. No soups were served neither there are any provision of same which may be included.
2. One preparation of crabs to be included in main coarse instead of fish.
3. One more glass of cold drinks or fresh lime soda in mandatory after so much eating.

Summary- Excellent food quality, ambience and price is truly apt for the same. The behaviour of the person in charge especially #Tanmay# who served and approached us was very good indeed.

Overall ratings I will give 4.5 out of 5.

Flame & Grill is here with World Fusion Festival where they are serving World Flavours with a Desi Twist. You can try this buffet at any of their outlets in Kolkata. Don't worry they are following all the health protocols to ensure our safety. Recently I visited their South City outlet which is located at the 3rd Floor of South City Mall and I must say they serve the best buffet in town. They are offering a variety of starters, main course and desserts to its diners but the main attraction is definitely the starters as you can enjoy grills from across the globe. Coming to the food they are offering in this buffet :

Soups : Roasted Tomatoe Bellpepper and Tulsi Shorba, Creamy Chicken Tikka Soup.

Non Veg Starters : Wasabi Tandoori Prawn, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Peri Peri Fish Fingers, Mutton Seekh Kebab & Pesto Grilled Chicken. I really liked the smoky and spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken, it was absolutely lip smacking. The Wasabi Tandoori Prawn was totally unique in taste.

Veg Starters : Thai Mushroom, Guntur Chilli Corn, Romesco Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Aloo & Dal Chawal Aranchini. I really liked the soft yet flavorful Romesco Paneer Tikkas.

Nonveg Main Course : Chilli Soya Prawn, Basil Butter Fish, Chicken Roganjosh, Champaran Gosht, Chicken Biryani & Chingri Malaicurry Risotto. Loved the succulent pieces of mutton in Champaran Gosht, the mutton just melted in mouth, tasted really good with both Naan and chicken Biryani.

Veg Main Course : Herb Crusted Dum Aloo, Cheesy Baked Korma, Dal Fry Basil Tadka, Seared Methi Chaman, Makhani Cheese Ball, Desi Chowmein, Ginger Fried Rice, Steamed Rice & Naan.

Desserts : Brownie with Kesar Rabri, Moong Dal Halwa Tart, Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, Chocolate Laddoo, Badam Cake with Shreekhand Frosting, Malpua Stuffed Banana Cream, Freshly Cut Watermelon & Ice Cream with Condiments. Don't forget to try Brownie with Kesar Rabri and Moong Dal Halwa Tart from this section.
