Biryani Corner — Restaurant in Kolkata

Biriyani Corner-

Even though the name suggests Biriyani Corner, this place serves Mughlai and Chinese items as well. One can have combos like Rice+Chicken, Noodles+Chicken etc. Note: Biriyani is not much recommended. 🙂

Our experience- We ordered Egg Chicken Noodles(₹180) and Mandarin Chicken(₹230/8pc) Taste wise it was moderate. Less spicy and less oily. Service is a bit slow.

Now coming to the main thing. Even though we ordered the above mentioned dishes.. Here is what we got unknowingly- Mixed Noodles (₹220) and Human Chicken (₹230/8pc).

Suggestion- One better watch out for what they ordered, what they got and what the owner added to the bill.

This place located very near to the Kalighat metro Lake market gate.. just 1 min walking distance. You can have a huge variety of fast food options here.

They serve a lot of chineese and Indian options in fast food catagory which is impressive. The atmosphere is ok not no much extraordinary, but family friendly can be tagged. The behaviour is also good. Normally wait time for an order is 10-15 mins in rush time.

We had the chicken egg chowmin which costed around 170rs. I found that the quality of the ingredients were good and competatively less oily, but a bit less flavourful which is good for health though. But those who loves spicy can instruct them to...

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Please try to avoid this 3rd class restaurant. And all are overpriced. Serves old rotten unhygienic foods and most importantly serves food on thermocol plate which are severe causes of cancer. And also uses tremendous quantity of (MSG) Mono Sodium Glutamate or Azinamoto, in every dishes. Chicken products coatings are seems rhinoceros's skin, which are unable to consume, even dogs will not consume those. Uses Dalda instead of cooking oil. Even they'll not provide proper bill with GST number, FSSAI number, etc. Pathetic... I'll never visit again to waste my money on...
