I ordered bread and almond biscotti via Brown's website and paid there as well. The website said delivery to home is possible, but I could only select pickup during the order process. After placing the order, we called them 3 times on their two phone numbers to ask if delivery at home would be possible. They said they don't have "the portal" in front of them, and don't know about the order. After another call I had to sent them screenshots of my order and payment confirmation until they finally accept the order. They later mentioned they don't have biscotti and only bread would be possible to be delivered at home(at some extra cost and the extra amount was refunded back).I had to invest a lot of energy during this process which a mature business could have handled by themselves.The bread was delivered on same day. Came here after reading the amazing reviews on google but was super disappointed. The food was nothing like what the other reviews described, and this review is not basis one dish, but for about 5-6 things which I tried there.

The Kalamata olive crostini was extremely sour, much more than a regular olive would be. The arrabbiata pasta was too sweet and over-boiled, with no flavour apart from sweetness. The tex max salad was extremely dry, with barely any flavour or dressing to it. The highly recommended shibuya toast was anything but ok, but would not say it’s bad. But definitely not worth the price they were charging for it. I can go on but I think I’ve made my point.

Our food came after 1 hour of ordering the food (without exaggeration), regardless of telling the overly casual staff several times that we were in a rush.
