Chai Break Cafe & Bar - Golpark — Restaurant in Kolkata

We are regular visitors of Indthalia, WhatsApp cafe and also to truly publik which was earlier to chai break. Pros: The location is good. Cons: The too loud music, it will give you a headache incase if you are looking forward to visit to chill! They will defend saying this is how it is while it's not a dance setup still even speaking is tough with music played in such a high volume right in front of your ear and might even increase the volume. The service is too poor with reluctant and lost staff. Captain bar deck and mufasa are better alternatives coming up to us now after the horrible environment they have started with music torture! Not recommended incase you want to hangout and prefer to speak...

We had the worst experience in dis cafe of gol park... ( Besides Wats Up Cafe ) The staffs were extremely rude wit our kids and vry much unprofessional.... We hv been to far far btr places than this and our kids enjoy a lot... But here dey neither hv any games for kids and if dey r trying to talk lil loudly and trying to laugh out, the staffs r jst scolding at them... Wat kinda behaviour is dis?? We had to leave dat place somehow and go to Wats up Cafe off late... The service was the worst eva.. so causal, so carefree... Horrible and pathetic behaviour... I wil neva recommend dis place to any of my friends or relatives atleast wit kids... Dis cafe shd hv a Big Board hanging out , mentioning No Kids...

Service was really poor. The staff was busy smoking hookah, openly by themselves (never seen this anywhere else) and had to be called multiple times for anything. Clearly they were more interested in the hookah than concerned about service. Needless to say the whole cafe was FULL of hookah smoke. Very rude demeanour too. Disappointing from a Chai...
