Crazy 4 Cakes — Restaurant in Kolkata

Absolutely disgusted with the experience at this cake shop. I bought pastries and mousse yesterday(27.3.25) and both were a complete disaster. The mousse was stale and inedible, while the pastries had rock-hard bread that was clearly not fresh.

When I went back to complain, the owner’s attitude was even worse than the food. Instead of accepting responsibility, he blatantly refused to acknowledge the issue. To make matters worse, he arrogantly handed out pastries to others in the shop, asking them to judge whether they were stale. What kind of service is that?

Selling spoiled products and then trying to gaslight customers is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment and take your money elsewhere. This place doesn’t deserve a...

It was our 4th time to the shop. I took a 1lb black forest cake on 19.03.25 at about 5.36 pm . The cake was totally stale and not eatable at all. We went there to tell abt the same and asked for replacement/ refund but they totally ignored and neither provide any refund nor replacement. Staff behaviour was not at all good. It is not expected from crazy 4 cakes at all. Edit: Yesterday the owner msgd me on whatsapp about manufacturing date of the cake which was on 19.01.25 just to defend his statement that the cake was not stale. But see to hide the actual fact he made a mistake by stickering the date of 19th jan instead of 19th march. Height of foolishness and irony.. please see...
