Pathetic service.. no wonder why the outlet is always empty even after serving very good food..I am a regular visitor there, my office is only 2 minutes walk from the place.. so me and my colleagues always go there for lunch or evening snacks or some other reason.. There is a girl who is really not interested to serve you or in the mood to work, Today we ordered 2 items, one got delayed for more then 45 minutes and when we asked to cancel it, she started shouting…and came in front of us and started misbehaving..later on we spoke to the manager .. so if u visit there you will pay for ur food plus the staff’s unnecessary attitude & tantrums Very very disappointed.. I wish I could have given a minus star for the situation we faced there because of that...

Restaurant staffs are not care customers Comfort. Delay in order taking . Tabel not clear properly. After wait 20 minites they serve water. After 5 times request they taking order. No hygiene maintain Restaurant staff. Without taking permission of customers they serve the food in plate. Water leakage from AC. Requesting 3 times again then they serve water again . They are taking huge money against food but serve less quantity and medium range quality food. We are request to them to give extra Green chilli and they did not provide it. Never recommend this restaurant...

I dined at this restaurant today and had a disappointing experience with one of their employees. I encountered an arrogant female employee who not only handled my food plate in a disrespectful manner but also responded rudely when I raised my concerns. This is definitely not something I except when I go out for a nice food. No wonder why even after being located at a prime place and having such nice ambience and good food the restaurant is always empty. The management should give her some training on how to behave with your customers. Very...
