Hotel Raviz Inn — Hotel in Kolkata

Absolutely disappointing experience. The rooms are totally different than it's shown in photographs. Congested rooms, never cleaned, never sanitized. Sanitization in front of eyes is a dream. For a 2 days stay, they changed room 3 times as none of the rooms meet the description as per OYO. Similarly, bogus support from OYO, there were no one to listen my problems properly and instead of calling hotel they were insisting me to understand whether my complaints are true or not. I'm surprised that in this pandemic situation when the hotel businesses are at stake, how can OYO allows this kind of...

The rooms are no where near like what the hotel has advertised. After putting me in a cage home type of room because I was travelling alone (even though it was clearly mentioned that I had paid for a classic double room), the hotel staff put me in a double room on the third floor which is not accessible by the lift. The room had cocroaches creeping out when lights are off. The whole building vibrates because of passing vehicles. Too noisy. Only room service is good because these guys really putting efforts by climbing 3 storey building...

One of the very faltu place. The staff of the reception is very rude and don't know how to talk with guest. They only prefer their customers. If u are booking online... Then they will not give value of 0.

Also the way they respond is very bad. Never ever book that hotel in ur dream also... Believe me do not book.

If u r booking through online they will play with u badly.

Better lool for any other hotel with same or higher budget..
