I recently visited this Domino's Pizza shop in and had a rather mediocre experience. While it wasn't the worst pizza I've ever had, it also fell short of my expectations. Here's a detailed review of my visit. First and foremost, the service was average. The staff seemed polite but lacked enthusiasm. I placed my order at the counter, and although it was promptly taken, the overall interaction felt impersonal. The waiting time was reasonable, and my order was ready within the estimated timeframe. Moving on to the pizza itself, I must say it was decent, but nothing exceptional. The crust had a good texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but it lacked that distinct flavor that sets a truly remarkable pizza apart. The sauce was also average, not too tangy or flavorful. The toppings were adequately distributed but could have been more generous. However, the biggest disappointment was the overall lack of creativity and variety in the menu. The options seemed limited, and there were no unique or innovative choices to entice me. The lack of a diverse range of toppings and specialty pizzas left me feeling underwhelmed. I believe Domino's could improve by introducing more enticing options to cater to different tastes. My Last 3 experience with the Domino's pizza New Alipur was pretty bad. The ordered pizza were, On 16th November 2022 3 onion fresh pan 1 Garlic bread sticks 1 burger Pizza Classicveg 1 cheesy dip Order no 176 In this order 2 of the onion pizza was cold and were not Fresh pan it looked like it was Hand Toasted. It was also not made properly and did not taste very good. I called and complaint about it so they said that we are very sorry and we will send you a new pizza on your next order. Nxt order was on 24th November 2022 2 Onion fresh pan 1 golden corn hand toast 1 Capsicum hand toast 1 Cheesy dip Order no 148 In this order same thing with the onion pizza and the capsicum pizza did not have cheese and the bread was very hard . I called and complaint about this order also so they said they would send the onion pizza freshly made and delivered to me but after 5 min i received a call from they said that there is no delivery agent available currently so we would give a gift coupon that i could redeem but no coupon was received by me . Nxt order was today on 8th January 2023 2 onion hand toast 1 golden corn 2 cheesy dip 1 choco lava cake Order no 43 In this order 1 of the onion pizza did not taste good and felt like it was made and kept for a long time and had burnt onion . The choco lava was also hard . I did not complaint against this order because i felt like even after frequently complaining the service was not improved so that is why i did not complain about this order though i received a call from one of the employee she asked me about the order so i said about the pizza so she casually said that we would send a new pizza with your next order .

So, was willing to grab a Pizza at Dominoes. Hence reached there. I was welcomed with sanitizer followed by a thermal screening.

Then I could enter the outlet. As always, grabbed a nonveg supreme in cheese burst crust followed by a choco lava. The food was great.

For payment, when I reached the counter, they sprayed sanitizer on the money which I gave and then took it. I found it to be a very good practice. I was confident with the money which I received from them as a change.

The sitting arrangement is done in such manner to implement social distancing.

A couple got close to each other but, the staffs did not allow them and strictly forced them to maintain social distancing inside the outlet. This is obviously not good for the couple but I was impressed with the staffs.

Bottom line:- If you want to have a decent pizza with confidence, in a well sanitized outlet maintaining social distancing,then obviously Dominoes...
