There’s something about Seafood! Give it to us in the form of Chingri Malaikari, a rustic Crab Curry, or even the very lavish Prawn Thermidor, we tend to appreciate the light textured meat in any form you give to us. Light and easy on the palette, and as well as on the stomach, even the Roza fasts are broken by many by indulging on light fish fries, as very evident in Zakaria Street, the heart of Muslim cuisine in Kolkata. Squid Apple Pizza; I am not sure how the flavours would come together, but they indeed did! Chant fusion food or rather a simple add to make the pizza taste healthy, the amalgamation of apples with the squids, and followed by the tanginess of the olives was more like a series of explosion one after the other. Topped with mozzarella cheese, chef’s special sauce and the freshness of the basil, you need to try this pizza to know there’s no limit as to how high a comfort food may extend to. Next in the list was a decant Octopus Burger. Again, a combination which seems improbable, wait till you munch on the soft and crispy potato burger with a slight drizzle of a sweet and tangy sauce.

This is followed and accompanied by the bite of a smoked octopus, completing the trifecta. The buns, the patty and the meat; more like the holy trinity. The subtle balance of the subtleness of the potato, the sweet and tangy sauce, and then the smoky meat will leave you in bewilderment, as you explore the very intricacy of this dish, rather appreciating the person who has conceptualized such an innovation. The Seafood Tacos was a level above everything else. An amalgamation of squids, prawns and octopus, all pushed inside the crunch of a taco, with the combining flavours of a sweet and tangy sauce. A perfect Tex-Mex adaptation, try this if you want everything in one single bite.

With a weakness for Octopus, we tried the Smoked Octopus Pizza next, which had a multitude of smoked baby octopus, olives, garlic, mozzarella cheese and fresh herbs in Chef’s special sauce. Devour the hearty and chunky Tuna Sandwich, which has cuts of the meat instead of a Tuna paste, or move straight to the desserts, where you can gulp and munch on the crispy and decadent Churros topped with a vanilla and chocolate sauce. We happily paired our meal with Rainbow, a multicoloured drink and a traditional Virgin Mojito, having the perfect balance of sweet and tanginess. With the old menu taking a break for the time being and the new menu has come to the forefront.

I am not sure I am going to miss the oldies much, when I have some bright, bold and exciting flavour at my disposal. This is one time I am going to have a fight with my tastebuds, for it is going to be a fierce war between a Burger and a Pizza, and Tacos and Sandwiches.!

Today was one my friend Dipayan Chatterjee 's birthday. Analysing the reviews and ratings he opted for this restaurant to celebrate his special day. We're much excited thinking about tasting some delicious lip-smacking cuisines as our lunch. To be very honest we(on the behalf of all 13) are highly disappointed. Starting from their service and ending it with the foods, every damn thing had more or less flaws.

First of all this is the first restaurant which said us that without ordering the food we cannot sit there for long. Although our friends said that they're waiting for some more friends, they didn't listen to them. So they had to order the food without our consent. If I overlook this thing also, there are plenty more things to specify.

Do they even know the meaning of starters? It means the food with which we start our lunch/dinner. We ordered the food like 1.5hr back and they came up to serve the main course directly. After serving the main course they came up with the starters we asked for. They didn't even serve us the glasses of water (although self-service needed was nowhere written). Such mismanagement was not at all accepted from a restaurant with such high acclamation. We asked them whether they could cut the birthday cake into equal pieces and serve that as dessert! They didn't have that basic courtesy to serve that in dessert plates. Like how can anyone eat the desserts in the main plates with all the leftovers of the other items?

Coming to the food, the amount of black pepper was so high in the noodles that anyone could hardly eat that. Special mention to the crispy chicken, it was so over-fried that I could hardly chew that. The list of complaints is endless.

My friend, who had high hopes with this place is very much sad as he thinks that he couldn't treat us well. But honestly he did his best. He spent so much on our lunch. It is the fault of the restaurant who were unable to serve our needs, neither with service nor with...

Smoked squid pizza - A thin pizza crust pizza looking all so delicious in topped addition of smoked squid , olives, mozzarella Cheese and mint leaves in chef special sauce.

Roasted salmon pizza - thin crust topped with rendezvous smoked salmon , fresh cream , mozzarella cheese and mint to chef special sauce.

Octopus burger - The octopus burger is one of those sea-flavored recipes . It's just a classic burger with meat . This gourmet burger is absolutely amazingly delicious, the juicy octopus meat inside the burger perfectly cooked so that it great goes with burger.

Chicken tacos - all time favorite the outside taco shell topped with juicy chicken and sauce inside is amazingly delicious

Italian seafood rissoto - if you love seafood this dish will send you up to the moon. The carnaroli rice cooked with squid, octopus meat is amazingly delicious.
