Hola has just introduced a special menu for food & drinks in their 2nd Aniversary. They have added few new things which will take you to some delicious continental food platter with attractive mocktails.
So to try this new items you need to visit in Sarat Chatterjee Road, Southern Avenue. It's in the lane of Tolly tales & xrong place.
Ambience is wonderful which have both the feeling of lounge in one side & other potion family dinning. They have a bar unit which is well decorated. A large seating capacity of more than 40 people. The full interior is based on wooden texture with vintage style bulbs hanging.

Food ::
1.Beetroot Galouti Kebab :
We have a preception that beetroot means sweet but this kebab will change your preception. It's a spicy kebeb served with coriander spicy chutney. The beetroot smashed then mixed with spices after that it's been given a round texture with a half cashew on the top.
2.Thai Green Curry Rice with Lotus Stem :
Have you ever thought of lotus stem can be eaten but you can. The lotus stem cut into fine slices then cated with salt, maida, corn flore & deep fried after that it's tossed in chinese sauces. The thai rice got a flavour of cocunut served with boiled veggies.
Cottage Cheese Strips in Black Bean Salsa :
It's a panner dish which is too fabolous in taste. The large panner cube was mixed with spices & salt them coated with cheese strips. After that it's deep fried in oil which gives it's a crispy texture. Served with a sweet & sour chutney when dipped it's tastes much better.
4.Kolkata Classic Chicken Sizzler :
Chicken sizzler uses a marinated, crispy, and tender chicken breast served with stir-fried vegetables and rice on a hot plate. The sizzler has one thinh which we usually find is potato. They serve 2 chicken breast but no rice or noodles are given in sizzler.
5.Chicken Tikka Risotto :
This one is an Indian & Italian fusion. The risotto was great in taste with a chicken tikka on the top. A slice of garlic bread which when dipped with the creamy cheese sauce in which risotto prepared you will like it more.
6.Spicy Pork Ramen Noodle :
The noodles is prepared with pork ramen dish. Noodles boiled in one side & ramen in another sise mixed while served. Half boiled Egg on the top to garnish.
7.Grilled Tokyo Pork in Peanut Sauce :
The pork is soaked in ginger, garlic, chili, soya sauce, salt & peanut butter first. Then onion fried with grinded cashew added into it. It's cooked in that gravy untill the pork pieces gets done. The pork pieces are full of fat.
Toffee Banana :
It's a dessert for which you will curve but a little of it will satisfy your taste buds. It's a banana based dessert. The banana was smoothly smashed then mixed with sugar, maida, corn flour to get a cremy textute. Then it's fried in oil after which it's dipped in sugar syrup. Among other things, the newly designed blackberry mocktail blew our minds! A perfect blend of the tanginess of our favorite 'jal-jeera' and the richness of blackberries, topped with grapes, this one's a game changer! To compliment this perfectly will be Cheese Chicken Fingers and Prawn Katsu Ebi Furai (simply put, a delicate version of panko fried prawns), both of them served hot, crispy and perfectly spiced with the oh-so-good dips.
Well, you can go with Noorani Chicken Kebab or Honey Mustard Pork (the pork was fab!), both of them equally great dishes!
Oh, vegetarian? Kung Pao Cauliflower will blow your minds! And hey there, to all lovers of meat, this definitely worth a try, a hidden gem of a veg starter! What I particularly liked was their impeccable attention to detail, not one of the stems of the flowers had been coated, which means every flower had been individually coated so as to add that extra crunch, yet keeping it soft and earthly.
Next up, we were served Banana Fantasy, a shake, more than a mocktail of banana (obviously!) served with strawberry syrup! Refreshing, though slightly on the heavier side.
Coming to the main course, Pineapple Chicken with Fried Rice is one of the new experiments these people have done, a tad bit sweet on my end, but could be balanced perfectly with a hot sauce dip. Nevertheless, it was a worth done experimentation, you get to eat something new. :)
But, the vegetarian dishes is what might attract you most. Ajwaini Bhey Masala (lotus stem in ajwain, a spice refreshing enough to reiterate your vegetarian palatte which has been used to ghee/garam masala flavours), Gobi Musallam (what chunky sizes of cauliflower, and so well cooked, not flower overcooked or undercooked), Daal Makhani (an absolute favorite, anyday)and Khumari roti (impressive yet again, as the intense ghee and butter had not been added, so it was extremely light) are only few of the items which they are showcasing as a part of their festive menu.
As an ending note to this wholesome lunch, yet light on your stomach, was the delicious all time favorite tutti frutti ice cream, served enough to satisfy two.

Well Bengali's will never shy away from celebrating Durga Puja even if we are in the middle of a pandemic. This year, I am definitely going out to enjoy with my family and friends even if not for pandel hopping but definitely for food hopping. ๐๐
Since childhood, visiting the pandals in the surrounding areas of "๐น๐๐๐๐ช๐๐ฆ๐๐๐-๐พ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ- โ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐" was a quintessential part of Durga Puja plans as those areas were very near to my school. On our way back, we used to visit any familiar restaurant and indulged in Pet puja.
Now that school days are over, pandel hopping have been restricted over the last two years, it's still a ritual for us to meet and greet our school friends and re-visit those long lost memories over any restaurant. Suddenly it came to our mind , why not "๐๐๐๐ผ ??? They have curated their "โ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ" and we all were interested to have a look and feel of it .

Well speaking about the interior, it's hugely spacious and has got variety of section to enjoy over food and drinks. Not that IPL is back if one is visiting during the regular match hours, there are separate sections alloted where one can truly enjoy the match in the comfort of the couches. A small "โโ๐๐๐ธ๐๐ผ ๐ป๐โ๐โ๐พ ๐ธโ๐ผ๐ธ " is also adjoined once you take the entry.
We got ourselves comfortable and busy around the main entrance over clicking food and learning about the new dishes that they have launched. Artificial lights have been beautifully designed along with the huge glass pane overviewing the greenery outside.
