KFC — Restaurant in Kolkata

So I visites kfc near girish park metro station and then I ordered from the machine and by mistake I tap on cod rather than upi so I've not enough cash and my frnd was late for 5,6 minutes then I tell them can i do upi they say no how you can't our system is not working and all you've to pay online then they say okay wait then I wait for 10 minutes then my frnd arrived and still he also said UPI krdu but unka system he hang hogya tha very rush n all then the staff name rinku was not frndly and not professional then I get frustrated I was ki like itni bdi brand h shop this how you manage n all she give me look and said nothing then I gave her like 850 bill was 820 and she is saying 20 rupees change we don't have change n all bhai what the hell then my frnd give her then we sit then I go for receiving my order she give me half of my order like wed offer meal 399 for 15 pcs she gave us 9 but dur se ky he smjhu then I came to my table and the count and again main gyi again counter pe gyi So I keep yelling excuse me she was there but ignoring me then another staff came out of no knowledge then woh mera bill dekhe usse phle woh rinku name called him the same girl and then whisper or some kind of ishara then he gave me the dish which was missing What do you think Abt situation ? I recently visited the KFC outlet at Girish Park and had a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant has a clean and welcoming environment with a modern interior that gives a relaxed vibe. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends or have a quick meal with family.

I have attached what I ordered. Although the burger was ok. The fried chicken as usual, was pathetic. This is the second time I ordered here and just as the last time, it was a bad experience. The fried chicken, was very chewy, taste was not good either, it wasn't hot, only warmed and lacked crispiness, which is ironic cuz that's what they have named it "Hot n' Crispy". Anyways this was the food. Now let's talk about the horrible atmosphere, it was extremely hot inside. The whole time I ate, I only sweated, and on complaining the guy at the counter just arbitrarily said "The AC is on", like man if it was on i wouldn't sweat. And as a matter of fact, the moment I stepped out of the restaurant it was freaking cool. So the so called "A.C" restaurant was hotter than the outside. Shitty experience. The City Centre 1, New Market and South City Mall outlets (others that I have visited) are far better than this Girish Park one. I would recommend to avoid this restaurant, or if not learn it from your own...
