DON'T GO!!!! Very dirty and unhygienic and filthy place for eating food. Here I shared my worst experience. At first we entered the shop, saw the menu below, chose the food, billed accordingly and paid. Then we took the bill and went to the upstairs seating area. But as soon as I entered the place, the stench hit my nose and there was so much filth scattered around the place that seeing them made me vomit in disgust and the stench there. Then I immediately told the store manager that the upstairs room was so dirty and smelly that it was impossible to eat. But then the store manager did not solve the problem and started arguing with me that no customer before me had complained to him about this. Not only that, he also told me that it is not his responsibility to check whether the dining area of the customer is clean or not. I was shocked to hear the store manager's answer and then I was forced to ask if it was my responsibility as a customer to see if your store was clean? Even after that he just told a boy in the shop to apply the room freshener and the boy came and left without any cleaning and just spread the room freshener. Since we paid, billed, bought the food, we were forced to eat in such a dirty unhealthy unhygienic filthy place. We somehow managed to finish the meal and left the store. Before we get out we tell the woman sitting at the cash counter about how dirty their shop has become. But she also did not show...

As a responsible consumer, I find this extremely concerning. Transparency in food labeling is not just a legal obligation but also a basic consumer right. How can such products be sold without following standard food safety norms?
I urge the concerned authorities and the brand to take immediate action and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Until then, I would recommend others to be cautious before consuming such...

While Panna cakes is located at one gate of Metro, Panna ice cream rolls is located on the other gate end. Panna ice creams are very yummy and tasty and the ice cream rolls, waffles, brownies can easily compete the reputed ice cream brands in market. The store is two storied but space is less. The ground floor is used for takeway. Here one can watch how ice cream rolls are being made. They have a small but cute place at the upper floor having seating arrangements with 5 tables and some 15 chairs. The price of ice cream is worth the taste. My favourite butter...
