This is about the outlet at Diamomd Harbour Road, Behala Manton. The behaviour of the lady staff who serves the customers is very poor. She didn't care to wear a mask and gloves while serving. I bought 5 pieces of "Abar khabo" sandesh that costs INR 20 each. Initially I refused to accept the sweets she packed for me because she didn't wear a glove and she rubbed her hands on her clothes before picking up the sweets. After my complain she discarded those pieces of sweets and put on a glove on her hand. Then she literally started abusing me and picked up the sweets in such a rough and rude manner that the sweets were broken/destroyed. Also, I heard her saying that I was expecting too much to buy some sweets of just INR 100 only. Doesn't the INR 100 have any value? Doesn't it add any profit to the company? Do they give sweets of INR 100 for free to any customer? I would request the shop to first make their employees learn about "customer satisfaction" and "customer care". I do not really understand why they recruit such stupid staffs who do not actually love the work they do! They simply don't know how to behave. They don't have a bare minimum knowledge of etiquettes and manners towards...

Recently opened near Manton-Behala on Diamond Harbour Road. Little small store, not like store at Lake Gardens. But this one is really a good opportunity people who are fascinated about of Balaram sweets around Behala, Thakurpukur Shibrampur, Mahestala areas.

Varieties are little limited since store is newly opened and they are introducing new products gradually.

Quality, no question. Taste just no words.

Recently they have introduced Khechuri with Begun vaja - a pack Rs. 50 ( subject to verification). Fantastic taste. Just go for once, you will love it.

All the sweets are high quality and very good taste.

Price are compatible with most renowned sweets shops are Behala, Shakerbazar. Expensive but all most same with other shops.

Occasionally stale products are sold in this branch, although that is not why I'm rating this outlet so poorly. The service is awful, most employees are busy with their own personal stuff almost every time I've visited the outlet, which results in order mismatch and missing items. This is the 2nd time this outlet has not given my paid order or given wrong items instead. Really poor . Please employ proper individuals who have prior training in listening to people. (The missed order happened when I was the only customer in the shop, so overcrowdedness wasn't...
