Such a fraud hotel this is. Customers plz donot believe in what oyo or the hotel people say or show on internet. The pics are totally different with what is provided. I had reached with my parents on 19th June 2018night 11 pm. Ac was leaking, telephone wire was out. So I reconnected all to find that no room service number was written. I came down to reception and asked one of the staff to come along me to get it rectified. He came along and said that this is what they are providing, and donot have any more rooms available. Also asked me and and my family to leave the hotel if we cannot adjust. To my surprise even the oyo manager shouted at this late night and asked me to compromise when I had paid the full amount for 3 days stay . Complimentary water was given only on asking . I had my flight on 22 Nd morning, so once I left I had told in receiption that my parents will leave by 10:30 am. They didn’t even allow my parents to have breakfast and started fighting with them. One of the worst services I had received in my life. Overall it is a fraud which is going on in this hotel. I think Kolkata police should get involved and shut down such...

It's one of the best restaurants near Behala, Tramdepot in terms of quality and quantity. It is a bit pricey but the food that you get is unquestionable. We ordered Mutton Biriyani which was ₹240 consisting of 1 piece Mutton, 1 piece potato 1 piece egg and enough rice to fill a healthy stomach; with this we ordered Maharaja chicken which is served in a small brass bucket or balti as we call it consisting of around 18- 24 small chunks of chicken with a luscious rich and flavourful gravy; and finally a mixed fried rice, I know it's a wierd combination but you have to agree that we have unique choices. So moving on to the Chinese fried rice, it has prawns, eggs, chicken and veggies in sizeable amounts. You can literally see the huge chunks of prawn in it and omg the taste is pretty and gracious to your taste buds. It's like a dance of flavours on your tongue. By the way it was costlier than the biriyani ₹265 to be precise and the Maharaja Chicken was ₹320. Overall the place serves fresh and flavourful food... So if you want to enjoy good food Panna's Kitchen is the...

I just did not feel like rating even 1. They seriously do not deserve even a single star. A bunch of inexperienced staff who does not understand the basics of hotel industry which is "Customer Service"

I had a hell of a time !! Will never recommend any family members to even try this as a stay option.

You should never try doing an online booking. I had a nightmare realizing that my booking from makeMytrip of this property was not valid as they do not except online payment. They only accept cash and card at the hotel. Guess what ! I am informed only when i arrive at the property. Which means your run around to get your refund back ! Shame !!!!!

Food is simply overpriced compared to the standards of the service and quality offered. ( Who pays Rs60 for a tea in kolkata ? That too not a * hotel )

Rooms shown Online and the actual property has no match at all. They are so cramped and small that you feel cheated.

Stay at your risk and if you wish to compromise on all these stuffs , please go ahead.

Thanks Royal Heights for all...

Behala's first rooftop lounge opens at Royal Heights. Called "Cafe Patshala" this place is situated on the top floor, with a soothing ambience and an amazing array of food and mocktails. You may indulge in vegetarian delicacies like Cronzy Crispy Corn or Paneer Tikka, or go non-vegetarian with sandwiches and Teriyaki Chicken. The Cronzy Corn was surprisingly unique and falls under a must try, with the Non Veg Delights Sandwich, which comes pre-cut and in ready to eat serving sizes. The restaurant below is no less as they served Non Veg Pasta, along with Chicken Tikka Biryani that was so on point with their flavours. It came in a handi, wrapped to preserve the perfection and aroma, and was opened in front of us, as we were just taken aback by the aroma. Another must try combination that was served up was the Tawa Tangri Masala and Kabuli Naan, which was just lip-smacking, to say the least. Last but not least was the Sizzling hot Brownie, which was soft, and super "melt in my mouth" and the perfect ending to the evening.

I recently visited Hotel Royal Heights for a company meeting. The meeting was held on the top floor, which is a compact space—perfect for about 20–25 people, but not suitable for larger gatherings. The food arrangements were made by our company and served from the hotel’s kitchen. We had chowmein, chilli chicken, bharta, gulab jamun, and butter naan. The quality of the food was quite good and satisfying. The hotel rooms seemed decent and reasonably maintained, though I did not stay overnight. The hotel is located right on James Long Sarani, which is convenient. Regarding parking, I am not sure if the hotel has its own four-wheeler parking space. In our case, arrangements were made in a nearby lane for parking, which worked but didn’t seem like an official hotel facility. Overall, a decent place for small meetings with good food quality and average room facilities.
