MITHAI WA LEH — Restaurant in Ladakh

Leh known for its hospitality but yesterday night when i visited with my family in the restaurant i feel very bad.As behaviour of its owner Mrs PADMA is very rude and unexpected from any service provider. Customer satisfaction is the moto of evey service provider, but his behaviour and service in his restaurant is pathetic. Comparing their service with Haldiram but its not like that. No waiter service for the customer every time you have to go for billing for extra item and wait for your item. As we all are residing in India and in india as I know खाने का बहुत ही महत्व हाय। सबको यही सिखाया जाता ही कि खाना खाते समय उधना नी ही चाए कोई भी बुलाए या घर में कोई आ जाए। ऐसा करना खाने का अपमान माना जाता ह But in this restaurant its not happens this thing may possible in case of snacks items but not in case of main course item.If a person is sitting for his lunch or dinner everywhere he may get respect for his BHOJAN . He is offered all item required by him. Its my humble request to Mrs PADMA saying owner i am owner every time .feel respect to customer and give good service to every customer . A very nice place for North Indian food and coffee. Menu spread is pretty awsome and has a wide variety. Not to forget, food is very tasty and delicious. A cafe of its kind in leh market. It has got some nice vibe. The soulful music adds more flavour to the ambience. Also, the owner of the property Mr. Stanzin nicknamed Stan is a jolly fellow who would greet you with a smile. And mind you well, he will serve you as your local guide in leh and would suggest some offbeat less crowded picturesque places in leh to visit for. One of the best restaurants in Leh tbh. Really good to balance out all the Ladakhi/Tibetan food you'll inevitably eat. It's comfortable, friendly, really well run, super-consistent and the food is authentic and very, very good. We ate the various chaat dishes often, and had the occasional puri bhaji or dosa too.
