A Disappointing and Unsanitary Experience at Mr. Singh Tandoori Hut

My recent visit to Mr. Singh Tandoori Hut have been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience. On two separate occasions, I found insects flying in my food. This is a blatant disregard for basic hygiene and food safety. When I brought this serious issue to the attention of the manager, his response was even more shocking. He casually dismissed my concerns, stating, "we have no control over it." This level of indifference to a customer's health and dining experience is utterly unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when they offered to "change" the rice I was eating, it was a laughable charade. They took my plate of biryani, only to bring it back within a mere two minutes, claiming it was a fresh plate. It's beyond belief how they could possibly prepare a new biryani so quickly, leading me to believe they simply re-served the same contaminated food. Given the disgusting lack of hygiene, the manager's dismissive attitude, and the deceptive attempt to "replace" my food, I can confidently say that I will never be visiting Mr. Singh Tandoori Hut again. The taste might be good but the conduct of the staff doesn’t leave a good taste in mouth.

No regular water served. Despite being aware of Supreme Court’s directions regarding serving regular water in addition to bottled water, the staff and owner refuse to serve regular water.

I recently visited Mr. Singh’s Tandoori hut and I have to say, I was surprised by their variety of vegetarian food especially veg Rara meat, changezi chicken and tandoori chaap. It was rich and flavourful, with just the right amount of spices. Their service was top-notch with lovely ambience. They serve variety in vegetarian food which you people will feel amazed and love.
