Absolutely Disappointing Experience

I went there today with my friends, and honestly, the ambience was dull and lifeless. After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised to see many had the same terrible experience with the food—and so did we.

We ordered Tandoori Pasta, and it was so overly spiced and masaledar that we couldn’t even eat more than a spoon or two. It caused an instant burning sensation and was just unbearable. There was even a bad smell coming from the pasta, which made it worse. Mayo k alawa kuch tha hi nahi yuck!!!!

We also ordered two pizzas—corn and onion. The corn pizza was just about okay, nothing special. But the onion pizza tasted like pure maida, bland and flavorless, with zero seasoning or balance.

There was no in-between with their food—either completely tasteless or overwhelmingly spicy. When they asked for feedback, we shared our concerns, but they didn’t act on it. No effort to offer a replacement, no attempt to balance the spice with sauces, and not even a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience.

We are back home now, and I am suffering from stomach, can't digest. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The food was pathetic, and I’m definitely not going back again.

Visited Roms Pizza at around 2:30 AM yesterday for a takeaway order — had their cheese sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! 😋

What really stood out was the amazing service at such odd hours. There were two staff members present, both extremely polite and well-behaved — a big thumbs up for that! 👍

The store being open 24×7 is a huge plus, especially for late-night cravings. They also have a cool and comfortable dine-in space, which is perfect if you want to hang out.

Overall, a great late-night food experience with outstanding service, clean space, and tasty food. Will definitely visit again!

I ordered their cheese sandwich and it was a big disappointment. What I got was basically just grilled bread with a tiny amount of cheese and some chilli flakes sprinkled inside. For Rs 130 I was expecting something much better and more filling. On top of that it took them around 40 minutes to serve it which really made the experience worse. Definitely not worth the price...
