During my recent visit to a Echidna Restrobrew, I had the pleasure of indulging in their delectable food offerings while enjoying the relaxing ambiance. The overall experience was delightful, with the food taking center stage and the service, while satisfactory, leaving room for improvement.

Let's start with the food. The restaurant's menu boasted a variety of options, but what truly stood out were the pasta and Chinese platters. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with al dente noodles and flavorful sauces that left a lasting impression. Whether it was the classic spaghetti Bolognese or the creamy Alfredo, each bite was a delightful burst of flavors. The Chinese platter, too, was a treat for the taste buds. Moving on to the service, while it was satisfactory, there were areas that could benefit from improvement. The staff was polite and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. However, there were a few instances where the service was a bit slow, particularly during peak hours. Additionally, some minor details, such as refilling water glasses or clearing plates, were occasionally overlooked. Nevertheless, these shortcomings did not overshadow the overall positive experience, as the staff members were friendly and receptive to any requests or inquiries we had.

The poolside ambiance added a touch of relaxation and tranquility to the dining experience. The restaurant's location provided a serene and picturesque setting, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a meal. The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the open-air atmosphere enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. We were excited to know about the restaurant and decided to celebrate my wife birthday at this place. The restaurant has a special seating named as "pool pods" for which they criteria of min order value of 3000Rs. Food taste is just ok not very outstanding but u can still pay for the ambience. The staff left us with very bad and annoying experience. Order served was different than that was placed electronically with remarks through their contactless service. Surprisingly this restaurant doesn't accept card payments and are giving reasons that the machine is not working. Such a big restaurant had only one machine which was not working. Mannerless staff, birthday spoilers, non attentive staff who were using pandemic as an excuse for not providing proper services. I feel pitty for the owner whose management team is so lazy rather ignorant on customers feedback. Secondly your management already has my contact details as only 4 pool pods are available which need to be booked with prior intimation by calling.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 😡😡 I would request you not to visit this place ever in your life. This place is a complete waste of money and time. The management services are so poor that you will regret your decision visiting this place. There are so many good restaurants and cafes in Indore where your money is well spend and not wasted. The receptionist, Mr. Aalam Is such an unsophisticated and untrained person. Having a conversation with him feels like you are working for them and you should be grateful to them for their service (which they rarely provide). If you wanna spoil your mood do visit this place. Today I found the worst restaurant of Indore. Here you have to wait one hour thinking that you would be provided the place where you want to sit but NO this doesn't always happen. We booked their special dining place one hour ago and after waiting for such a long time they told us that their special place has certain terms and conditions (which they didn't tell us at the time of booking). According to these terms if you want to sit at your favourite place your bill should be of minimum rupees 3000 even if ur family has just 2 members. The staff doesn't know the right way to talk to customers or treat them! How could they open a restaurant with such an untrained staff??
