Guru Kripa Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

So I visited this restaurant on Sunday evening and just like other Gurukripa restaurants we had to wait for our turn to get a table there. But the promised wait time was thrice as long as it was told. Once you enter in you'll find the ambience is very good, luxury interiors and indoor vegetation and plants/pots which enhances the overall Look of the place. But when we sat on the table which was on the 1st floor things started to actually fall apart. We had to literally ask for everything right from bringing menu, to bringing water and glasses, to tissue papers to pickle plate and also to take the order. There is no dress code for waiters, they took our order and took very long to bring the starters and soup. We should have ordered entire food at once. Talking about the food, so since it is a pure vegetarian restaurant you'll not find anything non vegetarian on the menu. The food portions were good in quantity and it was good in taste but nothing outstanding. Soup was good, starters were OK OK, we ordered chinese platter and everything tasted the same. Now talking about hygiene, the experience was horrible. They bring plastic tubs to collect used plates and it stinks as well as attracts flies with it. One person from the family sitting next to our table complained about the flies in their meal. We asked them to clean the table after starters and the waiter wiped the table with a wiper and a dirty cloth. In between all this we had to constantly ask for water and other things continuously. In the end the bill came and I felt that the bill was high here as compared to the other Gurukripa restaurants. The only good thing I liked about was the ambience and rest everything...

Last night, I had an extremely disappointing dining experience at [Gurukripa at bicholi mardana]. From start to finish, the service and quality of the food were severely lacking.

Firstly, the hygiene standards were appalling. The table we were seated at was sticky, and the utensils provided were visibly dirty. This immediately put us off, but we decided to give the place a chance.

The water service was equally poor. The water we were served had an odd taste, which made us suspect that it wasn't filtered properly. We had to repeatedly ask for clean glasses and even then, the replacements were only marginally better.

When it came to ordering, our experience only got worse. The waiter got our order wrong despite repeating it back to us twice. The food that eventually arrived was not what we had ordered. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow. It took almost an hour for our appetizers to arrive, and by the time the main course was served, we had already lost our appetite.

We also found the food to be very unappetizing and poorly prepared. Some dishes were undercooked, while others were overcooked to the point of being inedible. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and there was a general lack of flavor.

To make matters worse, whenever we asked for anything additional, like extra napkins or condiments, it took an excessive amount of time for the staff to respond. It felt like every request was an inconvenience to them.

Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience that wasted both our time and money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant...

This new outlet of Guru Kripa might be good in interior, but the quality and services given to user are pathetic. I visited to here with my family in the hope of good quality food and services. But I am totally dissapointed by the services and quality of food served by this restaurant. I ordered snacks and main course as well, but believe me both the snacks and the main course was very poor int the quality and taste also. The snacks were served in the dishes in which they are served were dirty and the quantity was also very less and the taste was also very bad. I glasses given for water were dirty and all used. And after snacks the main thing came, they waiters even forget that we have also ordered main course. When we reminded them about it, they just served the garlic naan which we ordered, they again forget to serve the daal, sabji, and rice which we ordered. Then again I reminded about it, then after atleast 30 mins of serving the naan the other items came. Till then the naan has became cold, but we considered it okay. But when we started eating the main course, we found that the Naan which was served to us was totally raw from one side. It was not even cooked properly. Then we raised the issue to their manager then they replaced the naans. But till then our sabji and daal totally gets cold. And after all this the taste of the food was very poor. Not even properly cooked. My overall experience was worst. I dont recomend you people to visit there. Dont even try once.
