KFC — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

It's my humble request to you please short this issue. no doubt KFC is wonderful in taste and services it's one of my favourite franchise. So this is the incident of Monday (21/11/22) I was in m.p nagar and really hungry, first thing comes in my was KFC because it's my favourite but when I reached the store the counter lady spoil my mood and killed my appetite. I was in counter, really hungry and ready to order , counter girl was taking my order, suddenly other girl who was doing some personal work or i don't know what showed me hand and said(10 minutes ruko) and after that they started doing some personal stuff. I was hungry and it was humiliating. So I moved on and switched to mc Donald's But as a regular customer i think that it's my duty to give a review and I am also from hospitality industry so I know how it affects. And KFC I'd really a big franchise and that counter lady is representing it, she don't know how to behave with customers, after this incident i am not gonna visit that store for sure because she's gonna be there and it will always remind me. At least you should do one thing whenever you are choosing your frontliners choose them wisely. I have photo of her but I am not gonna post here because I respect...

My experience of the service hasn't been good, here is the detail of my experience: First of all after I made my selection your executive at counter informed that only cash is available, there was no board displayed nor was I made aware before I placed order. Your executive also missed to mention that I can place order online, I realised it later and placed the order online and got a message and mail confirmation on when I can collect my order. I went to counter at said time and your executive was simply directing me to other countr without even finding out what I wanted to say. I stressed my point and then he simply said we did not get your order so we can't serve you. I told him I got a confirmation that my order will be served at 9:37 PM and is it is already 9:40 PM but as I saw that he was not taking any action I called KFC number and raised a complaint and when your call center executive talked to the manager for abount 5 mins the store executive confirmed that they will serve my order and the manaher said there is some issue with their system hence they did not get the order and my order was served...

Authentic Chicken at its best. You love the smell and the cheers of the specially trained staff greeting you. Don't worry if you can't take chicken and you are just vegetarian. They offer you veg stuff prepared and served separately with passion. Try their meals, try anything, you would love it. Chillers are at their best and would just chill your bones. Can't imagine how they maintain such a wonderful variety at any outlet that you visit. Quantity and taste are unmatched. Located in the heart of the city at DB mall the place always has a lot of customers. The staff is cooperative and the menu is same as all the KFCs in India. We ordered the TRIPLE TREAT BUCKET. My personal favorite is the Smoky grilled. The crispy chicken really brings drought to the throat ( so dry )😅. Buckets are best with dips. Go for the triple dip. Wings are good. Do order a beverage to enjoy the meal better. Dont go for coke/Pepsi, go for the crushers. And thank me later . We were done in around 1300 bucks for four...
