Dear La Pino'z Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order from your Hoshangabad outlet. I had ordered a Paneer Onion pizza but received only Onion — there was no paneer at all. Additionally, I had ordered a Coke bottle, which was not provided.

As a loyal La Pino'z fan who regularly orders from your Kolar and Gulmohar outlets, I have always had great experiences. However, this time, it was extremely disappointing. The pizza bread was over-proofed, making the pizza hard and unpleasant to eat. It seemed like discarded dough was used.

This is not the quality I expect from La Pino'z. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better quality and service in the future.

My overall experience with La Pino'z is good with their pizzas till now.

It's a pizza place primarily, but one must try their sides, particularly Americano White sauce pasta it surprised me cause when I had it my taste buds got bombarded by its taste.

I've tried their Rosy red Lasagna as well and it was average maybe they'll improve. All I can say is they are giving a tough fight to bigger names in the market, may be better than them also.

And I am looking forward to try their other pizzas and sides as well which are on their menu. 😄 🍕 🍝

Update - Mexican pasta is a big no no it was way too sweet and taste was also not...

Food: Tatate is 10* Excellent Atmosphere: Good Ambiance is okay.

Only concern is new manager ....

Old Manager Mr. khan was very good with the behaviour, any always respect the customer. With his courtesy. But new manager is very rude in behaviour and also forget to deliver accomplishments.

When we call, he ask about rules and guidelines.

La pinno pizza, taste is good, but only concern is their manager behaviour.

After their, Manager is changed service has been decreased.

La pinno must change their new manager at Hoshangabad...
