My family and I visited 54 Prangan on a Sunday evening, hoping for a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit left much to be desired. Despite requesting for reduced salt and spice due to health concerns within our group, our requests were overlooked. The dishes arrived excessively seasoned, disregarding our health needs.
Furthermore, the lack of warmth in hospitality was evident as we received minimal attention from the staff, with no smiles or attentive service. Despite highlighting the issue of mosquitoes, no measures were taken to address it.
To add to the disappointment, our order for Raita was forgotten and only served towards the end of our meal. The service was incredibly slow, and it seemed like the staff was more focused on catering to the foreign crowd rather than the locals.
