indifferent to customer preferences and lack basic empathy. Every time I’ve ordered, there’s always something missing—especially in salads, where key ingredients are consistently left out.
On top of that, when I tried calling to address these issues, the staff were rude and dismissive, going so far as to say I could complain to Subway HQ because “no one can do anything.” It’s shocking to see this level of disregard for customer service.
Subway is a great brand, but unfortunately, this store fails to meet even the basic standards. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve...
