British Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Madurai

Don't visit this place untill they give good taste dishes and items. I visited today with my family. I had masala poori. It tasted like the worst channa masala gravy. I couldn't eat more than a spoon. It tastes terrible. Even a roadside vendor can make good masala poori. It was really the worst burger i ever had.. The chicken burger was not that much hot. It was loaded with lots of mayonnaise and a worst chicken patty. I was really disappointed. They spoiled my expectations. Once the bakery was great in the city. It went to zero from ten. Extreme bad ambience. It is not cheaper place so I would expect little good ambience. All chairs/tables/menus are utterly dusty. No one wear any hand glouse while preparing food.

Staffs behavior is good however. I won't blame them.

Bought masala poori and veg burger. Masala poori is not tasty. Too much of mixture snack added. When you parcel masala poori, just simple thinking that it would get weddy would have saved the taste !!!

Good food, Clean preparation, located at very prime area. But, the only thing I want to suggest is, they could improve the attire of the bakery inside, so that customer like me feel comfortable and more peaceful while eating, it was so noisy and dusty outside the shop. They should get some ideas from French bakeries in pondicherry, bcoz they all carefully designed the shop in the way that the customer will forget about outside traffic and pollution after entering the shop. But anyhow, I'll always love to visit this...
