Wonderful ambiance and if you love taking photos, you will definitely love this place. The employees are super empathetic and are really professional. They know how to enhance customers satisfaction. When I went, unfortunately we didn't have seats. So, they made us wait in a private room without letting us stand. I really appreciate that.

When it comes to food, oh my god!!! What an amazing team of chef they have❤️. All our orders are meticulously cooked and they are yummy. The ingredients used are also of high quality. One thing is that the food quantity will be less only and everything in menu is above 250 or 300 for veg while it 400 or 500 for non veg. My point is that I have seen few cafes in Madurai that serve higher quantity of same quality food. I understand that as a restaurant, the management charges higher than cafes but atleast the quantity should be kept in mind when they claim it as a restaurant.

I went to CIBO with my family for a Monday night dinner. The servers from the start till finish didn't even look at us. We had to shout every time to get their attention. Hot water took 15 minutes. Starters came in reasonable time of 15 minutes. But then, the main course didn't come even after 45 minutes. I walked over to the waiter and told him to cancel the main course. Apparently even after 45 minutes they didn't even start cooking it. Very very long wait time. Left the place with eaten only half our dinner. All they could say is that they had a birthday party and was not able to cater everybody.

Then why would you take such a big birthday party or you could have at least shut down service to other people. They wanted all the business, and didn't even do half a job at it. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE NOR SUGGEST IT TO ANYBODY.
