Absolute rip off. Fckin disgrace, i placed an order close to 1500 rupees, paid premium price, on top of that paid the restaurant packaging charges too, which is illegal to charge by Indian law, but we were in the mood for pizza so we placed the order regardless of what the price and total come to. However, the greedy owners or the employees of this pizza hut location, sent us pizza with absolutely NO CHEESE whatsoever. The schezwan chicken pizza had NO CHEESE, and the entire pizza had only 3 tiny pieces of meat balls, just three. This is no accident, the pizza making guy thought he can get away with making a pizza with no cheese and only 3 meat balls. can you imagine being this greedy, how pathetic do you have to be to run a business that rips its customers off this much? do you have to make that much profit, why not give us what we paid for. Its not cheap pizzas either. How about some accountability? Treat the customers right. Why do you feel the need to rip us off? Its one thing to be stingy with cheese, but do you think we will not know if you skipped the cheese entirely and put no toppings?

Why would anyone order again if you get involved in shady practices like this? Also putting mayonnaise instead of cheese doesn't make a "flat bread with tomato sauce" into a pizza. A pizza is only a pizza when there is cheese in it. I feel so disillusioned by this ridiculous blatant rip off by your store. I wish I ordered somewhere else. This is why this country will never improve. People like you who jump at the chance to rip off others due to greed over a 1500 rupees, will never get anywhere. You may think you gained some money by cheating me, but you lost my future business and my social circle who are potential customers. Until there are honest business who treat their customers right, this country has no hope in hell. You will answer to god for cheating hard working customers like me

It was our first visit to PizzaHut/KKNagar. I came with family (with kids) to eat here. We came for dinner. It was not crowded at that time. We were able to get a table, but the bad things is there were excessive small insects (vandu, flying ants, etc) in the restaurant falling on the table as well as on the floor. My kids were worried that it will fall on their food. Due to this hygienic issue, we decided not to eat there and took "take away" food. So it spoiled out dinner plan on that day.

Looks like this insect issue is a commom problem on all branded shops around this area (K.K. Nagar). The other day I visited the new POPEYES and it also had similar problems with too many big big mosquitoes.

Hope the management do something about it (proper netting, UV insect killer etc) to control the insect population in the dining area so that customer can eat in peace without worrying that they will fall on their food. When we sat on the table, we scanned the QR code on the table to place our order. After adding the items in the cart, we wanted to view the cart to see what items we ordered so far. But there is no provision to do that in the app. So I asked the staff boy, he said, he do not know either. So he contact another girl at the counter. She said, she also do not know. She contact another senior staff inside. Alas, he also did not know and simply told us to order at the counter in person.

Hope the management give their staff proper training on how to use their app ((ordering via QR code) first before asking their customer to use it. If you yourself do not know, how we are supposed to know it? Unless this shop fix the insects hygiene issue, I am not going to...

My recent visit to Pizza Hut in Madurai left me with a rather mixed impression. I ordered the American Awesome Cheesy pizza, and while it came with a 50% discount, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

To start with, the taste of the American Awesome Cheesy pizza was underwhelming. The excessive use of mayonnaise on the top was unexpected and didn't complement the flavors well. It detracted from what should have been a delicious pizza.

Comparatively, I've found the crust at Domino's to be consistently better than Pizza Hut's, and this visit didn't change my opinion in that regard. The quality of the crust is an essential element of any pizza, and it left much to be desired.

On a positive note, the garlic bread I ordered was enjoyable, offering a flavorful addition to the meal. However, this alone couldn't make up for the disappointing pizza.

The service at this Pizza Hut branch was notably slow, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, the restaurant's maintenance left much to be desired. The presence of glasses left by previous diners on my table indicated a lack of attention to cleanliness...
